Welcome to our dream getaway on the lake! This stunning home sits on a picturesque lakefront lot on the main channel of Badin Lake, offering a private covered pier perfect for boaters and fishers. With plenty of lakeside seating, you'll find it hard to stay indoors. The fire pit area is ideal for making s'mores and unforgettable memories with your loved ones. Enjoy the recently added 3-hole backyard putting green for endless hours of fun and enjoyment!

Main Floor Elegance

The main floor boasts beautifully remodeled upgrades, providing a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an adjoining bathroom, allowing you to wake up to breathtaking water views. Enjoy entertainment on the SmartTV in the primary bedroom. The guest bedroom, furnished with a queen bed, offers direct access to the wrap-around porch. Sip your morning coffee while relaxing in one of the several rocking chairs overlooking the lake.

Kids' Quarters Downstairs

The lower level is designed with kids in mind, featuring a full kitchen and a guest room with two twin beds and trundle beds, accommodating up to 4 guests. The entertainment area includes a big screen TV, arcade games, and a gaming console, ensuring endless fun for the young and young-at-heart.

Two Fully Equipped Kitchens

The home boasts two functional kitchens—one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals at home. With ovens, a microwave (upstairs kitchen), and a built-in dishwasher, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The adjacent dinette area seats 8, perfect for family dinners.

Entertainment Galore

Stay entertained with high speed internet access, as well as an Xbox gaming system and a PacMan arcade game. Enjoy outdoor activities like kayaking, canoeing, and corn hole. Life vests in various sizes are provided for your safety.

Host Tammy was great. We were here during Christmas week to be near our kids…Tammy asked if we would like her to set up a tree!! How sweet, it was decorated and all! Check in was easy. House is VERY clean and neat and matches listing to a tee. Great view and very relaxing decks/dock.

Really wonderful experience with a very thoughtful property owners who added special touches.

Wonderful, relaxing stay

The property has a wonderful, relaxing feel to it. The view of the lake is stunning and the home is comfortable and well-supplied. The owner was very responsive, friendly and helpful. My family and I greatly enjoyed our spring break getaway.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Tammy’s lake house. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The lake was fabulous and Tammy was able to recommend a boat rental which was an added bonus for our stay. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend the property to others!

Father's Day Lake Getaway

Fall break

We needed a last minute birthday trip for my little boy/fall break destination so we could spend the weekend with our children and parents all together. This house was perfect for all of us to be together and had kid friendly things to do without having to leave the house. It was the perfect place to go and just simply slow down and enjoy our family.

Great property for a gathering/getaway

Hosted Thanksgiving here to give everyone a reasonable drive. It was a blast. Played on the arcade game, went fishing, drank some hot chocolate in the rocking chairs on the top deck. My personal favorite part was having the putting green to pass time. Property owner was responsive when I had questions.

Perfect Lake Getaway

This was the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy time on the lake. Owners were great and quick to communicate. House was in great shape and looked newly remodeled. We loved the easy access to the main channel and a 10 min boat ride to Scallywags. We will be booking again!

Our family bought our dream lake home to enjoy vacations together. However, with our busy schedules, we decided to share our "home away from home" on VRBO. We love helping others create cherished memories with their families, just as we have for years.

Our home is located on the main channel, providing excellent access to nearby restaurants (just across the water), fantastic skiing, water sports, and fishing! We enjoy uninterrupted views of the water and ample parking with a convenient circular driveway for easy in-and-out access. We are close to the boat launch, which means we can be unloading the boat and back to the house in minutes. The natural area out front is perfect for enjoying nature, and there's plenty of room for the kids to play and unwind at night.

Wake up to breathtaking waterfront views overlooking a private island on the lake. While the kids play in the water, you can relax in one of the many rocking chairs on the back porch. There's ample space for the kids to have their own retreat for games and fun, while others can relax upstairs and enjoy some conversation.
