Welcome to our dream getaway on the lake! This stunning home sits on a picturesque lakefront lot on the main channel of Badin Lake, offering a private covered pier perfect for boaters and fishers. With plenty of lakeside seating, you'll find it hard to stay indoors. The fire pit area is ideal for making s'mores and unforgettable memories with your loved ones. Enjoy the recently added 3-hole backyard putting green for endless hours of fun and enjoyment!

Main Floor Elegance

The main floor boasts beautifully remodeled upgrades, providing a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an adjoining bathroom, allowing you to wake up to breathtaking water views. Enjoy entertainment on the SmartTV in the primary bedroom. The guest bedroom, furnished with a queen bed, offers direct access to the wrap-around porch. Sip your morning coffee while relaxing in one of the several rocking chairs overlooking the lake.

Kids' Quarters Downstairs

The lower level is designed with kids in mind, featuring a full kitchen and a guest room with two twin beds and trundle beds, accommodating up to 4 guests. The entertainment area includes a big screen TV, arcade games, and a gaming console, ensuring endless fun for the young and young-at-heart.

Two Fully Equipped Kitchens

The home boasts two functional kitchensā€”one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals at home. Host Tammy was great. We were here during Christmas week to be near our kidsā€¦Tammy asked if we would like her to set up a tree!! How sweet, it was decorated and all! Check in was easy. House is VERY clean and neat and matches listing to a tee. Great view and very relaxing decks/dock.

Great property for a gathering/getaway

Hosted Thanksgiving here to give everyone a reasonable drive. It was a blast. Played on the arcade game, went fishing, drank some hot chocolate in the rocking chairs on the top deck. My personal favorite part was having the putting green to pass time. Property owner was responsive when I had questions.

Fall break

We needed a last minute birthday trip for my little boy/fall break destination so we could spend the weekend with our children and parents all together. This house was perfect for all of us to be together and had kid friendly things to do without having to leave the house. It was the perfect place to go and just simply slow down and enjoy our family.

1st thing we noticed as we walked into this beautiful home is the clean smell and the cleanliness of the home. Very important to us! Looks just as advertised! Accommodating and friendly owners! Beautiful Home with an Awesome View

Loved the home and the view! Enjoyed sitting on the porch, swimming, kayaking and floating with noodles. Having a suite in the lower level is an added plus. The sunsets were awesome! Neighborhood was peaceful. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway for Thanksgiving near Uwharrie

My family and I wanted to spend the Thanksgiving break playing in uwharrie on our toys and wanted a nice, clean and relaxing spot to spend time. House was just what we needed. Great views of the water, plenty of things to do at the house, close to the trails at uwharrie and everything and more than we needed for our stay. Lots of extra thoughts put into this vrbo by the owners made us put this on our list of places to return to!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Tammyā€™s lake house. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The lake was fabulous and Tammy was able to recommend a boat rental which was an added bonus for our stay. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend the property to others!

Excellent property

We stay in a lot of rentals and this was by far the cleanest property weā€™ve ever stayed at. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive and it felt like a home. The views were exceptional, especially sunsets.

Our family bought our dream lake home to enjoy vacations together. However, with our busy schedules, we decided to share our "home away from home" on VRBO. We love helping others create cherished memories with their families, just as we have for years.

Our home is located on the main channel, providing excellent access to nearby restaurants (just across the water), fantastic skiing, water sports, and fishing! We enjoy uninterrupted views of the water and ample parking with a convenient circular driveway for easy in-and-out access. We are close to the boat launch, which means we can be unloading the boat and back to the house in minutes. The natural area out front is perfect for enjoying nature, and there's plenty of room for the kids to play and unwind at night.
