FREE USE OF OUR 2022 23’ TRITOON EVERY RENTAL DAY
Every rental between May 1st and October 31st comes with the free use of our 2022 Manitou 23’ Aurora LE 150HP Tritoon on every day of your rental. Just pay a separate, fully refundable, ***$500 security deposit directly to the owner before arrival and the boat is yours to use at your leisure. This very pontoon rents for $525/day at the marina making this amenity a $3700 weekly value. It's almost like renting a pontoon and getting a lake house for free!! Prepare to be blown away by the long range views this home features. Miles & miles of water, viewable from a wall of windows at the rear of the house, with an unobstructed view, overlooking Tillery's main channel. Pet friendly with a small pet fee, 3 B/R, 2 1/2 bath with room to sleep 10. Completely renovated and newly furnished in 2022. Backyard renovation completed in April of '22 which includes a new 20 X 20 deck containing a covered gazebo, TV, sectional seating and bar area. There is also a new 20X30 paver patio with wood burning fire pit and high-end outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen includes a grill, griddle, professional grade gas fired pizza oven, outdoor refrigerator, 25lb/day ice maker and 2nd outdoor bar. The third outdoor entertaining area is a screened in porch with beautiful outdoor furniture for your morning coffee overlooking the lake. MBR has a sliding door to private balcony with an unobstructed expansive view of the lake. Completely renovated and fully outfitted kitchen for all your cooking needs. All new stainless appliances. All bathrooms have all been completely gut renovated in '25. They include luxurious, spa like, walk in showers each having multiple body sprayers and rainfall shower heads. Luxury bamboo linens and towels are provided free of charge along with an initial set up of all paper products and laundry detergent. There is also a very convenient, private, personal boat launch right next door to the house for your personal boat or jet skis. Dock has an additional elevated deck perched over the lake with an endless view. It contains an outdoor sectional sofa and gas fire pit. Deep water. 20’ water depth at the end of the dock. Great for diving, swimming and fishing. The kids and adults alike will love the 15 foot long unsinkable water pad that is included for guest use. Use the included kayak for a relaxing tour of the lake along with the free use of our 23’ 2022 model 150HP Tritoon (May-Oct) to really take your lake vacation to the next level.** (Night time pontoon operation is not authorized due to insurance purposes.) Fish off the dock while taking in the view of Tillery's main channel or watch the big game on the 70” television located right on the dock while floating in the lake with a cocktail. There is also an additional 80" outdoor TV on the patio to watch “drive-in” style movies at night while the family roasts marshmallows around the fire pit. Families will enjoy a wide selection of board games, a DVD collection, take a book, leave a book library and even an ice cream machine to make delicious homemade ice cream. Bring your ski boat, canoe, paddle board and your jet skis. Dock has room for all of your lake toys.

You don’t even consider it until it ruins your vacation. However, keep in mind that the Lake Tillery area frequently loses electrical power in the summer from strong thunder storms. This affects the entire Lake Tillery community. This home has a whole house automatic backup generator installed. No possibility of suffering from the seemingly constant power outages that Lake Tillery residents endure all too frequently in the summertime which causes the loss of air conditioning and electricity for 24+ hrs.
Within minutes of Tillery Tradition Golf course, Badin Rd Drive in theater, Eagles Nest Restaurant, River Wild restaurant, Morrow Mountain State Park, Uwharrie National Forrest, hiking trails, wineries, antique shopping, Half a mile from Swift Island Lake Tillery boat launch. NASCAR Lowes Motor Speedway about 1 hour away. Less than 10 min drive to downtown Albermarle with all shops and restaurants.
5% Military discount on nightly rate only with acceptable proof of service.
(Guest must have served at least 24 months of active or reserve duty to quilify)
*note....In the unlikely event that the pontoon is unavailable due to mechanical issue, customer will be refunded $100/night.
**note... Guests who operate the Pontoon at night in violation of the night time policy, fail to follow the boat refueling policy or tow behind the boat will forfeit their entire security deposit.
***note.... guests must sign a waiver of liability and provide a copy of valid ID upon arrival in order to use the pontoon

I am from New York. I bought this lake house after falling in love with Lake Tillery while visiting a longtime friend over the past few years. I am an airline pilot and travel extensively so I am not easily impressed but I was sold on this property as soon as I saw the beautiful lake views and the amazing dock spaces.

This property has an expansive main channel Waterview and an oversized two-story dock with two boat lifts. The location of the house puts it as close to downtown Albermarle, with all of its shops and stores, as you can possibly get and still be lakefront. Very convenient 7 min drive.
