Come escape the winter, this beautiful Sun City home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood with excellent views of the Santa Catalina Mountains. It is perfect for a vacation home, corporate rental, and a place for golf enthusiasts to stay. World class golf is just down the road including The Views Golf Club, Hilton El Conquistador, and Stone Canyon Golf Club. The home is conveniently located with grocery stores, a shopping mall, restaurants, and movie theater nearby. If you spend timed biking, you will most definitely enjoy riding the bicycle-friendly streets of Tucson, or exploring the desert paths that Tucson has to offer. The home is fully furnished with all the necessary kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, 2 car garage, large flat screen TV, DVD player, cable, wireless internet, and a comfortable, spacious living environment. The patio has a large table for dining outdoors and enjoying the beautiful Tucson weather, as well as an outdoor bar and bar stools. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you will need to be comfortable and enjoy your stay.

There is also a community center available to renters which includes golf, tennis, clubs, racquetball, pickle ball, heated pool, fitness room, fitness classes, a library, ping pong tables, dining, banquets, happy hour, events and more! $25.00 fee for guest cards.
The owners have four additional condominiums in a nearby community called "Vistoso Village" titled “Modern Retreat in the Desert” VRBO Listing #634178 and “Peaceful Desert Getaway” VRBO Listing #736372, and "Modern Desert Condo.." #862310, #1187180 and #838036 in Sun City.

Another great stay

This was our second month-long stay at this property. The location is quiet and very convenient for golf and hiking, plenty of fine restaurants in easy driving distance. The back-yard patio has a symphony of birds as background for reading and just hanging out. A very friendly neighborhood overall.

Month of March

The location was quiet, convenient and great for golf at The Views GC. The golf club restaurant recently changed management and food/service was excellent and an easy walk. An unusual amount of rain for the month caused us to be at the house more than we expected so the low resolution TV with very limited cable channels was a disappointment for March Madness, only the three major channels were in the package. A few updates like new showerheads and a comfortable sofa/reading chairs would sincerely enhance the experience. Many positives overall so we would return.

Fall in Sun City

This was the second time I had stayed at this property. I agree with most of what I had written last year. A few small things- some of the basics such as coffee filters, toilet paper, etc were in short supply. Also, there were some issues with bathroom fan and toilet- the owner did call in a repair person. Some things could use updating, such as the tv and the remote. However, overall it is a great place to stay!

Winter Getaway

Great home in quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Neighbors are friendly but not intrusive. We spent two months and didn’t want to leave. Would definitely stay here again. Suzanne handled everything professionally and quickly.

Oro Valley in late fall

I spent 5 wonderful weeks in this lovely Sun City home..The location was perfect..close to hiking, biking, restaurants and stores. The house had every possible amenity and was well cared for.

Oro Valley golfers delight

Rented this property for several months for a work assignment. Spent the weekends enjoying lots of nice golf courses nearby that were reasonably priced and the community pool. The rental has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, with beautiful views of the Catalina mountains and lots of opportunity to see local wildlife (including the beautiful owls that live in a tree out back). I only had a couple small issues but the owner was quick to respond and resolve. I was very happy overall with this property and would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in the Oro Valley area.

Really great home!

Beautiful neighborhood (and friendly neighbors!), lovely home, great location. We spent almost a month here enjoying the location (lots of desert hiking in the vicinity) and the home which offers a patio on which we had morning coffee, afternoon happy hour and occasional meals. The true question to be answered about any VRBO rental is: Would you stay here again? Absolutely!

Perfect location, lovely home

We loved staying at this property. The location was ideal for all we wanted to do in Oro Valley and Tucson. We biked, hiked, swam and enjoyed all the things to do there. The house was the perfect size, loved that one of the beds was a king! We ate outside every day and there was plenty of room for us and friends that came over for dinner. One of the nicest things was the owner checked on us (via VRBO email) to see how things were going-very attentive!

A very nice house and location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was wonderful. It was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint was the internet. It would drop out almost everyday. All one had to do is unplug the modem/router then plug it in and wait a couple of minutes for the device to reconnect and then it was back to working. Suzanne had a company come to check it out and they spent quite a bit of time but it didn’t correct the problem. Other than that everything else was perfect. We enjoyed our 50 days there very much and will stay there again if we are able. Suzanne the owner was very quick to respond to phone calls or internet requests. It doesn’t get any better than that. A beautiful house in a nice location and a helpful owner if needed.

Home away from Home

Our house flooded from a broken water line. We need immediately a home to go to for 2 to 3 months. This was a lovely home. The owner Suzanne was wonderful to work with. She got is right in and was so helpful. The house is well stocked with everything you might need. The master bed was very comfortable. I have used many VRBO homes in my travels and I rank this one at the very top.

Comfortable, quiet, clean, nicely decorated, fully equipped home in a very desirable location

My wife and I have rented this home before and absolutely love it. We have also rented other places from this owner and have always had excellent experiences.

Great location

Wonderful Sun City Vacation Home

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed it immensely. The home was clean, quiet, comfortable, nicely furnished, and fully equipped. The neighborhood and backyard are peaceful and quiet, and the view corridor to the Catalina's is lovely. The landlord owners are responsive to any questions or issues that may arise. I highly recommend this property.
