World class golf just around the corner including The Gold Club at Vistoso, The Views Golf Club, Hilton El Conquistador and Stone Canyon Golf Club. Located in a peaceful gated community with welcoming neighbors. Two bedrooms make it a highly suitable option for two couples, tile throughout. Conveniently located near grocery stores, a shopping mall, restaurants and movie theater. There is a paved walking path near the property and access to the parks and bicycle paths of Rancho Vistoso. Large great room area and kitchen for evenings spent indoors, as well as a dining room table and bar. There is a washer and dryer and attached 2 car garage. The kitchen boasts granite counters and brand new stainless steel appliances, is fully equipped with all cooking needs and small appliances including a Keurig. Had a fantastic stay here for 2 months. I will definitely be staying here again when I’m back next in Arizona. The owners were fantastic to deal with and quick to respond to any inquiry I had. The complex itself is wonderful. And my 65yo sister said the sofa bed was one of the most comfortable beds she’s ever slept on.

Property Description Seems Embellished

The online description contains “brand new” along with “two queen beds”. We would suggest “newly remodeled” and “one queen sofa bed.” We purchased a Serta foam mattress and mattress pad to make the sofa bed comfortable for our six-week stay. The location was excellent.

Beautiful Quite Condo

55 community, quite, close (40 yards) to the swimming pool and lap lane. Clubhouse, library and fitness center located alongside. Nice back porch with a grill. Walking path right off the porch. Exceptionally clean, tidy and neat. Very nice kitchen for cooking. Nice garage for car and bikes. Extra parking 40 yards away out the back door.

Excellent Property and Location

I stayed on my own at this lovely property and felt totally safe. I come to Tucson every November for the warm weather and the wonderful bike riding on the Loop. This property was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything one might need—even an electric mixer so I could bake cookies for my grandkids. I enjoyed my stay very much.

This property in 55+ age restricted Vistoso Village was just perfect for our month in Arizona. Clean and well organized with everything we needed during our stay. We took advantage of the neighborhood amenities daily (pool, fitness center and clubhouse). Welcoming and helpful hosts.

Wintering in Oro Valley

The condo unit is just what we wanted—plenty of space for two to escape winter. The unit is well decorated, updated and with all the appliances and utensils you might need. We grilled out on the patio frequently, and enjoyed spending time there outdoors. The neighborhood is very friendly, 55+, and equipped with a beautiful clubhouse and pool, as well as hot tub. Suzanne was always responsive to our needs (few). The Rancho Vistoso community is all residential, quiet and beautifully landscaped. There are plenty of safe roads for biking and walking. Honey Bee Canyon Park is just a mile away, and offers several trails to enjoy a short morning or evening hike. As the economy opens up, there will be plenty more available activities and restaurants to enjoy. We enjoyed Catalina State Park, many hiking opportunities, and await other attractions in future visits. We hope to be able to stay at one of Suzanne and Amado’s units in Vistoso Village again in the future. Thanks for sharing your property with us. Barb and Rob

Wonderful stay

Recently moved and needed a place for 30 days while awaiting closing. Lucky enough that this lovely and quiet condo was available for the dates we needed. The unit is comfortably furnished and well outfitted. Suzanne is very responsive to resolve any issues. Beds and pillows are very important to a comfortable stay and these were perfect. Highly recommend this property for those needing a home-away-from-home.

Home Away From Home

I couldn’t have asked for anything better. All I had to do was bring my suitcase. Everything I ever needed to be comfortable was there. It is simply stunning and updated. The community is very nice and quiet. Suzanne was so accommodating and easy to work with. She went out of her way to make sure my needs were met. I would stay here again without a doubt. Well appointed unit in a vibrant senior community

This unit is beautifully decorated and nicely appointed. There are many community activities available to renters, from use of the exercise center and pools to communal breakfasts and pizza parties to interest groups that welcome everyone. We enjoyed it all.
