The self contained one bedroom apartment annex is ideal for those who want a bit of extra privacy. The villa has a large, roof terrace with a kitchenette, bar and seating area and Ottoman room. There is a private, heated, salt water, infinity pool with steps for easy access and a shallow end where you can sit with your cocktail and enjoy the unobstructed sea views of Kalamar Bay, Islands and the mountains. The main villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. plus an additional bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom in the annex.
The villa has landscaped gardens, terrace areas, sun loungers, deck chairs and umbrellas, where you can sunbathe, relax and entertain. The property is set out on 3 floors plus roof terrace with seating area plus a bar table, under a pergola, ideal for sun downers, plus an Ottoman room in the turret room which is great for relaxing, playing games or for the occasional shisha, it also has a small kitchenette with small hob and fridge. The villa is ideal for 2/3 families or large groups with plenty of areas to escape for a bit of 'time out' from the group. The interior is a fusion of Mediterranean and modern comfort, spacious, cool and a home away from home.
Outside: The villa is superbly positioned on a quiet, no through road in the peaceful Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan. It has lovely gardens and terrace areas for guests to enjoy. The garden is made up local trees including olive, lemon, mandarin, peach, vine and an assortment of local flora and herbs. There is also a large roof terrace area with panoramic views which has a pergola with comfortable seating ideal for relaxing and drinking your cocktails, as well as a bar area and kitchenette with fridge/freezer to save you from carrying ice/drinks up and down.

Accessibility: There are a few steps leading to the villa entrance. The place can be suitable for those with limited mobility, as there is a ground floor bedroom and bathroom but there are steps down to the front door and from the patio to the pool Please call to discuss .
