When we go on vacation, we want our accommodations to be comfortable, clean, good quality and conveniently located. So when we decided to buy and fix up our home away from home in Incline, our goal was to achieve just that. Come meet our hideaway this winter/summer and take a break here and you will truly feel like you are on vacation both indoors and outdoors.

The upstairs is bright and sunny with high windows, gorgeous scenery and a vaulted ceiling. You can savor cooking, baking and grilling in our fully stocked kitchen (with a wide selection of pots and pans, utensils, appliances, sharp knives, serving platers, etc.). Enjoy the granite topped kitchen counters, a full pantry closet for storage, and a Weber gas grill just outside on the deck. Revel in the rustic accessories and furnishings, along with the Pottery Barn comfortable sectional couch. Laze on one of the two full decks, each with different views. Or cozy up inside next to the gas fireplace.

We understand the importance of accessibility. We have Wi-fi and multiple outlets for charging. For those who need to work or at least check in, we provide an office nook upstairs and a desk in a bedroom downstairs. For entertainment, our cable package includes many channels, on-demand, and HBO. Enjoy watching on the wall-mounted 65" HD TV. We also have a Blu-ray DVD player. We provide instructions for all media and remotes. We also provide an easy HDMI connection so you can stream from your own device (e.g. laptop). Bring your own HDMI cable.

The 3 carpeted and designer decorated bedrooms downstairs offer plentiful storage, and quality mattresses and linens. The stunning master bath has a double sink vanity and large closet. We tried to think of everything you would need so only pack your toiletries and clothes. Rejuvenate with endless hot water, from the tankless water heater, in the spacious master shower with handheld showerhead or in the guest jetted bathtub. We took extra detail to provide a variety of pillows, fluffy towels, and extra blankets and linens.

This end unit condo is just a short one mile drive to Diamond Peak and a 20 minute drive to Mt. Rose. Take a short walk down to the lake, or to restaurants and the Hyatt Casino. Incline Village has so many activities, community events and amazing restaurants to enjoy. During the summer, enjoy swimming in the complex's two outdoor pools, one of which is just a short walk from our unit.

The good news is that you don’t have to wind your way through the complex to find the unit or a parking spot. There is parking right off Country Club Drive, and its right next to the unit so unloading is a breeze.

We will not be present on the property during guest's stays.

Maximum occupancy is 7 guests, parking for up to two vehicles.
