Our charming and well-maintained cabin is nestled in a a peaceful community surrounded by nature, with a tranquil creek flowing just below the deck. The location is ideal for exploring all that Lake Tahoe has to offer-just minutes from the area's best beaches, ski resorts, restaurants, and shops.

Perfect for families and small groups, our two-story townhome accommodates up to six guests.

The house is well-appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We provide all the essentials-kitchen basics, bedding, linens, towels, bathroom supplies, and laundry amenities-so you can pack light.

The cabin offers plenty of entertainment for all ages, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a DVD player and movie library, board games, books, toys, and an Xbox 360.

Take advantage of the convenience of two reserved parking spaces right outside the front door.

Guests have access to a heated shared swimming pool during the summer season, typically from June through Labor Day.

Beach and pool supplies are also available for your convenience.

BEDROOMS (All Located Upstairs)
• Master Bedroom: a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• Bedroom #2: a comfortable queen-size bed.
• Bedroom #3: a twin-over-full bunk bed that offers flexible sleeping arrangements and accommodates both children and adults.

A second full bathroom upstairs features a tub/shower combination.

GROUND FLOOR:
Spacious living room with a gas fireplace, a fully remodeled kitchen, and a convenient half bathroom with in-unit washer and dryer.
The space also includes a dining table and a dedicated desk area, well-suited for remote work or studying.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Enjoy peaceful year-round creek views from the deck-the perfect place to relax and recharge. Outdoor amenities include a table with chairs and umbrella, plus a Weber gas grill (charcoal grills are not permitted).

We provide family-friendly essentials including stair gates, a portable playard with bassinet, high chair and booster seat, child-safe dishware, toys, games, and books.

Please note the home does not have air conditioning; however, window and floor fans are provided to help keep the space comfortable.

Smoking and pets are not permitted.
