2025 update — Currently vetting reservations for seasonal + monthly stays.

Easily enjoy the Shore with friends and family in this 1914 charming 4BR/2ba seaside colonial that's only 2 blocks to the beach. Historic details meet luxe finishings for a laid-back, stylish getaway that's only a 75-90 minute drive from NYC.

The photos tell the story of this charming home with original details and upgrades that include a comfortable, stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, one full bathroom featuring wainscoting and another full bath featuring Carrara marble. Add to that a stunning rocking-chair porch AND an oversized, brand-new rear deck featuring seating for 8. Guests will enjoy our propane BBQ, beach umbrella and chairs. (WITH 4 badges included) Window A/Cs throughout. Washer/Dryer included.

The 2nd floor features 4 bedrooms and a full bathroom, with the other full bathroom downstairs. We also boast a deluxe outdoor shower with dressing area in the rear, off the deck.

You'll have full access to the house, including the front porch, brand-new back deck and backyard (with parking for 2+ cars). Beach chairs, caddy and umbrella are in the garage.

NOTE: For the past several summers, I've hosted families for the full season as direct bookings, so this posting's reviews are light. References are available upon request and you can check out my Brooklyn home for reviews on my hosting — I'm proud we earned these reviews and look forward to growing our postings for the beach retreat!

The house has backyard parking, so drive up and pull in. Or, take the train, which is a 5 minute walk (2.5 blocks) straight down Brinley Avenue.

Bradley Beach is welcoming, relaxing and family-oriented. It's all about the beach by day. By night, you can relax on the porch or get the grill going. Shop at delicious Italian specialty shops or maybe you want to eat out: there are dozens of delicious and laid-back restaurants you can walk to in town, or minutes away in Victorian Ocean Grove or funky-cool Asbury Park. Oh, and don't forget scrumptious brunch at The Buttered Biscuit!

The area is amazing: you can explore the restaurants and shops in town, including ice cream shops, the classic Del Ponte's bakery, the cool Uva wine bar and historic pizza by Vic's or take a gorgeous walk into Ocean Grove or Asbury Park for many more choices.

Perfect home to enjoy the shore!

The pictures don’t even do this beautiful home justice. The home is beautifully appointed and the owner is a true pleasure to work with. Upon checking in we were greeted with a lovely note and a bottle of wine, such a wonderfully unexpected surprise. The common rooms were incredibly comfortable and spacious for our family and the few visitors we had. The bedrooms are bright and cheery and incredibly also very comfortable. The kitchen was a joy to cook in and the back deck was great for enjoying a BBQ. Most nights we simply enjoyed relaxing on the front porch after a long fun day at the ocean. The home is a quick two block walk to the beach and the wonderful Del Ponte’s is right up the block. We couldn’t have picked a better home, will happily stay again and would easily recommend the home to anyone looking to enjoy Bradley Beach.

Love this property for all the reasons mentioned in the listing. It just has all the bases covered!!

The home was everything we expected and more. It was absolutely charming, location couldn’t be beat and the restaurants and shops made it perfect. Having stayed in Bradley before I was familiar with the surroundings, so the house was the bonus here. I spent many days and evenings just reading on the front porch after a day at the beach (or simply walking/running on the boardwalk), grilling on the back deck and entertaining family that either came to visit or simply came for a cookout. The home has ample accommodations for a nice size group and the kitchen is first rate. We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation home and hopefully will get the opportunity to go back next year.

Great Jersey Shore Experience

My family just spent two wonderful weeks at Noreen's lovely house. The house was clean and comfortable and very well appointed. The photos on the site are very representative of what the place actually looks like. The house is situated between the beach and the main street in town, so walking and biking were very easy. Asbury Park and Ocean Grove were just minutes away with more things to keep us entertained. Important to my family was that it was close enough to NYC so that some of us could commute back and forth by train or car without missing a beat. We were sad to say goodbye.

Well maintained, clean , quaint and perfect for a beach rental!

We recently rented this home for a two week vacation and were extremely delighted. It is located within walking distance to the beach and also to restaurants in town. Very convenient location for walking to Asbury Park also. We loved the front porch and used it every evening. The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking items and everything else you might need. This home exceeded our needs and would absolutely recommend this to friends to rent. We hope to do so in the future!

The perfect place to enjoy the shore

This is our second year renting this gorgeous house in Bradley Beach and I can’t say enough about it. The home is beautifully appointed and the owner is a true pleasure to work with. The location is perfect for both walking to the beach or heading in to town for dinner. Inside the home is everything you’ll need to truly relax and enjoy time with friends and family. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy all Bradley Beach and the surrounding towns have to offer. My family and I hope to be back again next year to enjoy, this home is a true gem.

GREAT VACATION!

We enjoyed a lovely month at this Classic Charmer! The house is spacious, clean and comfortable! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch as well as the spacious back deck. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect - 2 blocks to the beach and 2 blocks to Main Street in Bradley for the restaurants. Noreen is a hands-on owner and always reachable and responsive.

Very warm and welcoming!! Loved the House! Loved the Location!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay here and didn't want to leave! The entire house is great for a brief visit or a longer stay. Living areas were very comfortable and accommodate our family and visitors who came by. Bedrooms are roomy and each has a fan AND an air conditioner, which we needed for the unusual week of very hot, humid weather. It couldn't be easier to get to the beach with only a 2-block walk. It was a short walk so people could come and go to as they pleased--no need to coordinate rides! And the best bakery and good restaurants are only a 5-minute walk in the other direction. The owner of this property takes great pride in providing a house that is comfortable and amenable to their guests. And they think of everything in advance --from beach towels and chairs to beach passes. Did I say we didn't want to leave?!

Nice summer memory!

It was a pleasure staying in those wonderful little rental home. So close to the beach and in such a nice area. We were able to bike every single day! With restaurants right around the corner and an ice cream shop down the road apiece.

Adorable and just blocks from the ocean.

We went as 2 couples for a long valentine's day weekend. The house is absolutely charming & full of character. The owner was lovely to deal with and left us a welcome gift along with a bottle of champagne. Location is fabulous. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Would like to go back in the summer with my kids & extended family. There is actually a driveway and backyard for grilling we didn't get to take advantage of.

Lovely Beach House - Bradly Beach

I stayed here for a girls weekend over New Year's Eve and had a great time. This was my first time to the Jersey Shore and it couldn't have been a better location. The house was perfectly situated 2 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the main street, equal walking distance from each. We were able to walk to Ocean Grove and Asbury Park for lunch. The owner thought of everything, including a bottle of champagne for New Year's Eve. I would definitely stay here again.

I walked in and fell in love with this house. It's open and airy, with the craftsmanship of a bygone time. It's well-designed yet relaxed - and it's TWO BLOCKS to the beach. You're on the sand in less than 5 minutes. The perfect distance to my mind, because you're so close but not at the most congested point with its extra foot and car traffic. You're also less than 3 blocks to Main Street, NJ Transit and Del Ponte's! And the neighbors are so warm and friendly, you feel like you're instantly an old-timer. Plus you can stroll in either direction to Ocean Grove and Asbury Park, or to Avon and Belmar.
