Islander Beach Resort, unit 2003 is a beautiful beachfront, full 3 bedroom condo overlooking Okaloosa Island beach. The private patio of Islander Beach Resort, unit 2003 offers beautiful ocean views (Gulf of Mexico) as well as privacy. Islander Beach Resort, unit 2003 comes complete with 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, 3 baths, living and dining area, Cable TV, WiFi, and much more.
The condo is located on the east side of Islander Beach, on the second level with a direct view of the ocean. All units come with parking, beach service, and full-resort access.

Though Destin and its many attractions are only a short drive away, this stretch of Powder White Beach is much more Private. You will enjoy your space in the sand without all of the crowds and noise. This is a 'NO SMOKING' unit which will sleep up to 8 people. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, a Second Bedroom with a King Bed, and there is also a third room with a queen bed. There are TV's, DVD Players, and WiFi Internet Capability. The Full Kitchen is equipped with the Latest in stainless steel Appliances ...Dishes, Silverware, and Cookware are included. There are Linens, Towels, and a private Washer / Dryer for your convenience.

The private balcony is complete with chairs and a table for a Relaxing Evening in the Breeze. The Scenery is complete with both a breathtaking 2nd floor view of the ocean.

You will have direct beach access from the poolscape where you can enjoy Sunrises and Sunsets at from one of the Cleanest and Most Unspoiled Beaches in all of Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa Island, and Florida.

This property is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure. Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional. We are local and provide same day assistance, and If you need anything during your stay, you can be assured that our courteous staff will be happy to assist you in any way.

PROVISIONS:
- Must be 25 yrs old to reserve and occupy this property.
- Check-In 4pm, Check-Out 10am
- Completed and signed Rental Agreement must be received within 24 hours (via email)
- Vehicles are limited to passenger vehicles only. No RVs or Trailers
- No Smoking in unit or on balcony

Great condo! The living area and master are spacious. Other 2 bedrooms and kitchen are small but fine. Full size washer & dryer! Nice view but it feels almost like sea level so next time I’d stay on the 3rd or 4th floor for better view of colorful ocean. Fitness area is very small and doesn’t open until 9am. Pool doesn’t open until 9am (you literally cannot get in before). Close to lots of restaurants. Very nice condo.

Best Condo we have ever rented!

We loved everything about this condo! With 6 adults, it can get a little tight but we had plenty of room and loved that each room had its own decent-sized bathroom! The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pots and pans. There were a couple of baking dishes too! The unit is just as described in the pictures!

Great place to stay!

We stayed in 2003 and were very happy with the accommodation. The condo was clean, comfy & the beach was amazing. Ease of check in & check out was the best experience we've ever had & we didn't have to do a bunch of work when we left. There were just a few easy requests that took only minutes to complete. The cupboards were stocked with all kinds of utensils and really everything & more than we needed. The resort is kept clean & you can tell management takes pride in their facility. If we get to visit this area again we will definitely be back!

This was perfect for my entire family. We had 3 kiddos under the age of 4, 3 sets of immediate families, and PLENTY of room. The views were gorgeous. Our second floor room looked directly at the ocean. It's a sweet, quiet place that was just perfect. The condo was really spacious for my handicapped father as well. The ONLY thing I wish would have been different would be for there to be a pull out couch/sofa bed. You've got to stay here! It's wonderful.

Cats!!!!!!!!

We were not aware of cats being in the condo previously. It should be disclosed to renters. My daughter is allergic to cats and didn’t have a great stay. We had to keep sliding doors open and air off.

Tropical depression

With a tropical depression in the Gulf, we could not enjoy the beach. Double red flags five of the days we were there and seaweed the other days. I know you have no control over weather or seaweed, still disappointed. The condo itself was very nice, enjoyed being able to see Gulf, even if could not get in it. Grandkids kept wanting to know why I picked this week if weather was going to be bad, told them didn't know when I made reservations.

First of all I would like to thank the people involved in reserving this condominium. We're given instructions week or two before we even left Kentucky had no problems throughout our stay the interior of the condominium was absolutely beautiful loved the mirrored walls so that you could see the ocean anywhere you looked in the living room very clean found everything we needed from kitchen ware to bed linens we were well taken care of I kept looking for somebody to come in and cook for it lol guess that didn't come with the package sure appreciate everyone who is involved to make our summer vacation so wonderful I took my three sons 21, 19and 17 and they thoroughly enjoyed It. I can't wait to come back next year thank you again to everyone involved.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo is spacious and quiet. NO problems The beds were comfortable as well. There is plenty of parking at this condo which is hard to find many places. Access to the beach was easy and we loved having chairs and an umbrella provided each day. Our check in and out process was seamless as well. thank you!
