We also have a beach 5 minutes down the road that is open weekends for a small entrance fee. along with community amenities such as Tennis Courts, , Playground and Roseland Waterpark right down the road. During the winter it is just 15 min from Bristol Mountain. This is located in the heart of wine country and located just south of Canandaigua which is home to the New Wine and Culinary Center featuring food and wines from every winery in New York State. The house boasts 5 decks of which 4 over look Canandaigua Lake. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Canandaigua Lake while relaxing with a glass of wine. Get together with family, friends, relatives, co-workers, and enjoy an amazing vacation! Grab your kayaks, paddleboards, boats, and head to Canandaigua Lake! Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am. There is flexibility with time if there is not a back to back stay. Please note the house has three flights of stairs and is not handicap accessible.
