This listing is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 2nd Floor apartment which sleeps 7. We have received 5 stars for this apartment. Noted to be very clean and large. So many area attractions in the area. Of course, the King of Prussia Mall is primo for shopping. Nearby to Valley Forge Park with trails/history, Valley Forge Casino, Philadelphia Expo Center, Elmwood Park Zoo, and a place to just sit and relax/read. Or, venture out and visit center city Philadelphia which is a 23 miles drive to downtown Philly. All the Main Line Colleges and Universities are near by. Nice to stay if friends/family are nearby. So much to do in area to list. This is a house that was renovated with two apartments. Apartment B is on the top/second floor. free off street parking, keyless entry.
Apartment A (first floor) which is a smaller 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath is also listed on VRBOB.

Clean great place to stay

Five of its needed a clean comfortable place to stay while attending a pool tournament. This place met all expectations and was exactly what we needed. Highly recommended and plan to return on our next future tournaments.

Perfect for graduation weekend.

This was perfect for our graduation weekend, spacious enough for my family and for our bags containing multiple outfits for different events. Very clean, plenty of towels for showering, comfortable stay easy to get to from Villanova campus.

We very much enjoyed our holiday getaway at this location. It was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. The apartment was very clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Good place and responsive owner

The property was spacious and comfortable and as advertised, and the owner was extremely responsive. We didn't use the shower and tub in one of the bathrooms the first few days and discovered on a Saturday that the bathtub wasn't draining properly. I left a phone message for the owner in the morning, and a few hours later a repair person came and fixed the drain. After our stay the owner emailed us about a couple of items left behind, and mailed them out to us. The only problem we had was not understanding how to make the TV/video system work -- but we didn't ask the owner about that, so it is really on us.

51 minutes ago Pat I need to let you know that there was an accident at your place on Saturday, May 11th. My mother in law got up to go to the bathroom and took a wrong turn and fell down the staircase. She has two cuts on her forehead with 15 stitches total and she fractured her neck! She was taken to Paoli (sp) hospital and was in the pcu unit overnight! She was released and we flew home yesterday! I just got felt you needed to know about this. Thanks, Becky Allen

Hi Becky Again, sorry about your mother-in-law’s accident. Hopefully, she is doing better. When you told me before the day after you were flying home from your stay, l called VRBO. VRBO was informed of the accident immediately. I then gave you their telephone number after my call. I believe they have helped you with your expenses for her accident and opened a case # for you. (We also found a baby gate that was left from your stay with a broken handle, not sure why there was one and that it was broken.) If you have a chance, my cleaning team and I cannot find any trace of blood anywhere, please let me know exactly where she fell, so we can clean it up.). Again, so sorry she hurt herself. This worked out so well for our stay. The 15 minutes over to the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center got "shorter" each day. Pat's place was lovely and accommodated the 4 of us perfectly. If I am in this area again, I would definitely try to book here first.

Very nice. Lots of room, great location. Easy drive to Phily, The Mall, and Valley Forge.

We stayed here on my families Revolutionary war trip. It was a great location to see everything. Enjoyed the mall too, which is literally right around the corner. Rooms are huge, it was nice to be able to spread out and relax. We accidently left our seeds from Mount Vernon-buyer. But she found them and was kind enough to mail them back. Great stay.

This is not just a room in someone's home or a hotel where one usually has a bathroom and bed. This is a 3 bedroom apartments with living room, eat-in kitchen, laundry room, sitting room, two full bathrooms, and much more, etc. Private off street parking.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

First, we care and hope you will enjoy your time at our place. Secondly, we are near King of Prussia Mall, tons of restaurants, hiking/biking/walking at nearby Valley Forge Park, and so many other attractions. Or, one can enjoy themselves just hanging out and reading and de-stressing.
