Villa Oasis is located in an ideal position for guests who prefer to enjoy proximity to the Chora.

The villa’s exterior features a beautiful infinity pool surrounded by the garden, which is rich of different types of trees that offer the opportunity to relax undermany shady areas, a few steps away from the swimming pool. The pergola and outdoor dining area is positioned above the pool area, allowing guests to dine while enjoying views over the Aegean Sea.
The property consists of a main house, with the master bedroom and two double bedrooms with independent access. All the bedrooms are provided with air-conditioning and en suite bathroom.
Furthermore, there is the garden house, with other two bedrooms, with independent access. Both of them have air-conditioning and en suite bathroom.
Villa Oasis is equipped with all modern comforts such as: Satellite plasma TV, DVD and CD player, Wi-Fi, A/C, fully equipped kitchen, in-house laundry, private swimming pool, outdoor dining area and BBQ.

Rental rules
The arrival time is fixed, between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing. The departure time is within 10.00 a.m.
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
A damage deposit of € 1.500, has to be paid upon arrival and it is refundable at the end of the stay. Children welcome; Non-smoking villa; pets not allowed.
