This home offers a beautiful view of the gulf which is one of my main interests when vacationing in Florida. The screened in patio distorts the view somewhat but I understand the purpose. New appliances and plenty pots/pans & kitchen utensils provide all that’s needed for staying in for prepared meals. The beds are comfortable & pillows were amazing! The area is still bouncing back from the hurricanes. But there are some real good restaurants open (Shore & Lazy Lobster are a few) and nice shops up the road at Bradenton Beach. Really enjoyed our stay!

Last minute spring break

The place was great. Waterfront balcony was for coffee, or mimosas every morning. Just a small trail to the uncrowded beach. Chairs were already there for the taking. The unit had updated/new appliances. Beds were unbelievably comfortable. Like home comfort. And real sheets. Not the regular sandpaper sheets you find in other rentals. Just an overall good experience with a nice waterfront property.

Spring training get away

The condo was really nice and clean. Great location. Furnishings nice and comfortable. We loved having the lounge chairs and umbrella for the beach and the beach was absolutely beautiful. The screened in porch was wonderful, and the furniture on the screened in porch was very comfortable. Kitchen appliances appeared to be brand new and stainless steel and it was really nice having a washer and dryer. Parking was convenient. The pool was not in service (green) which was not communicated to us. The kitchen light was out in kitchen which caused living area to be dark. It was finally fixed after reporting it the night that we checked in and was fixed the night before we checked out five days later. No updates from the owner as to how long it would take to be fixed. The maintenance had been there and had to order a part and that’s what was taking so long apparently per the maintenance guy who came the day before we checked out. It should’ve been clear in the description of the condo that neither bedroom had bathrooms connecting to it. One of the TVs in the bedrooms did not work. It turned on, but you couldn’t get to any channels..We tried using the vacuum to vacuum the living area several times to pick up sand however, the vacuum did not work correctly. It only worked if you use the hose. All. I wanna add one more good thing.

Recovery going slowly

The best part was the view. The unit was just adequate and in need of maintenance and paint. The grounds were like a desert with no vegetation. The buildings needed paint and repair. Not what was expected. Understand that there were hurricanes months ago but any progress to recover was only just beginning and those were tiny steps like signage. None of this was mentioned beforehand. Considering all this, the price should’ve been discounted greatly. I have never left a bad review for anything before.

Perfect Beach Location

This property is just steps from the beach on beautiful golf coast in Longboat Key. Angel was responsive once we figured my intro/entry email was in my spam. The property provides all the amenities you’ll want in the home away from home. One thing I felt was missing was an overview or summary of area suggestions in terms of restaurants, boating activities or general interest attractions. Typical for properties in this price point my information is the norm. We boated around Anna Maria Island, visited Saint Armands circle and dined at many of outstanding restaurants such as Maison Blanche, Euphemia Haye, Tripletail and Bridge St Bistro. So our experience was fabulous but we’d have appreciated a welcome booklet/ listing for the area.

Easy beach access.

Nice clean unit. Easy walk to beach. Note: you have to walk up flight of stairs to get to unit. No elevators in this older building. We knew this going in based on reviews (not listed). Mattress is hard but sleep-able. Very quiet beach location which is what we were looking for. Easy drive to restaurants and more touristy areas when you want. Would recommend having access to beach equipment storage downstairs if possible. Overall would recommend.

überteuerte verdreckte Unterkunft

Vorsicht bei diesem Angebot! Das Apartment ist an sich sehr gut geschnitten und hat auch eine Toplage am Strand... aber der Zustand ist unzumutbar! Völlig verdreckt und verstaubt....eine Grundreinigung hat hier lange nicht mehr stattgefunden! Schimmel an der Wand, Feuerlöscher 2018 abgelaufen und kaum erkennbar unter dicker Staubschicht, versteckt in einer Abstellkammer! Kissen steinhart und Bett schlecht...haben erstmal neue Kissen gekauft.. ein Gang von 20 cm, um ins Bett zu kommen! Alles provisorisch angebracht...Toilettrollenhalter hing auf halb acht...Toilettbrille defekt... Fliegengittertür fiel heraus auf meine Mutter.. Fenster ließen sich im Schlafzimmer nicht öffnen...Staub und Haare in allen Ecken...Menschen mit Stauballergie würden hier aus dem Niesen nicht mehr rauskommen! Reste von anderen Gästen vorgefunden...Verrostete und eingebrannte Backbleche...dreckiges Besteck in der Besteckschublade...Mikrowelle verdreckt...Schweißflecken auf fast allen Kissen...Flecken auf dem Sofa...wirklich ekelhaft! Balkonstühle mit Rattangeflecht kaputt...sodass man sich die Haut verletzen kann! Wäschetrockner total verrottet...Waschmaschine stinkt nach Schimmel! Pool wurde als beheizt beworben...war defekt und über 1 Woche eiskalt! Das war längst noch nicht alles...aber ich beende das jetzt! Also...aufgepasst!!!

Quiet…beautiful beach

Property was a perfect quiet location. Close to shopping and coffee shops. Unfortunately we only had 2 days of sunshine during our 7 days but we made the most of it exploring the area and shops. Angel the contact person was super easy to reach and very accommodating as we had a cancelled flight home and needed to stay an additional day. Loved Longboat Key!

Long Boat Key

We had a great week’s stay in our beachfront unit. Very comfortable and well located for all we planned to do. Easy access to the beach and a very nice pool helped us stay cool in the late June heat. Our host Angel was great in terms of her communication and responsiveness. The unit itself was perfect for our group. Very comfortable.

Fantastic!

The property and it's location were ideal for a relaxing getaway. Not much within walking distance of the condo but we rented bikes from a nearby shop. Comfortable beds, grills worked great, beach was quiet and beautiful, and the condo was the perfect size!

Beautiful location and very family friendly!

Our family of four (including kids) loved the condo and location on the island. The condo was very clean, had ample towels, comfy beds, and great accommodations (steps from beach and heated pool). There was also plenty to see and do within 30 minutes of the condo. Will stay here again!

Awesome views, steps to the Gulf

Fantastic place! Great beach views, and only a few steps to the sand. Nicely furnished, plenty of towels, easy parking. Nicely landscaped. I would definitely recommend this property!

Longboat Key for Christmas

Location- fabulous! View- also fabulous! Check in- SO easy Property itself: Good. Spacious. The lighting is not very good- reading a book at night in the living room nor really possible without turning on the not so pretty kitchen fluorescent light. The TV situation is also odd- streaming services available in the bedrooms but not the main living area. Beach: fabulous, and free and plentiful chairs.

Incredible!

My husband and I couldn't have had a more magical time. The property and stay was everything we wished for and more. We were close to restaurants, publix, coffee shops, harry s corner store. Extremely quiet and peaceful. The ocean view from lanai was excellent. The walk down to the beach, where beach lounge chairs were provided, we couldn't get enough of. More then enough space. All the extra items, towels, linens etc.... Was also amazing. My husband and I already planning on coming back.

Awesome stay at Longboat Key

Our family vacation was perfect at Longboat Key! Angel and the maintenance crew were all superb. We had a minor issue our first day at the property. We reported it, and it was fixed immediately! We highly recommend the rental, and will absolutely stay again when we are back in Longboat Key. Thank you Angel and crew!!
