Zoulis Andonis is a comfortable village apartment, located just a few steps away from Kalami popular beach, in the neighbourhood of Kalami Corfu, spacious enough for a family or party of four.
This tranquil two bedrooms apartment offers spectacular balconies with sea-views over Kalami Bay, short proximity to all local facilities and it is not farther than 50 meters from the pebbly beach.
Zoulis Andonis is set on the first level of Zoulis Apartments, accessed from the main road by an exterior staircase.
It consists of an open plan area with dining table, kitchen with cooker and a small fridge, a family bathroom / wc and two air-conditioned bedrooms.
Both the bedrooms are twins, they have got sea view balconies with the necessary sitting facilities, for those ones who would wish to enjoy their morning coffee admiring the spectacular sunrise.
Zoulis Andonis apartment is centrally located in Kalami, it offers all those facilities for a relaxing holiday and it has been considered as the ideal property for any sea lover,who would wish an early morning or a late evening dip in the crystal Kalami Bay waters without much hassle.

Great View

We really loved the Apartment and will definitely hope to stay there again. The 2 balconies were great as we could get out of the wind as it was a bit cooler in October though still lovely

Fabulous holiday!

I have stayed in Eos properties before and have always found them to be clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a holiday. This time was no exception and we had a fabulous time. Particularly enjoyed our balconies looking onto the beach. There was an issue with the plumbing during our stay and the staff at Eos responded straight away, sending a plumber within 24 hours of reporting the fault. Would heartily recommend.

Amazing place for a perfect holiday

Fantastic location with everything you need for a great break. a quiet smaller place with a few shops to get the necessities, and a short 15 minute drive to Kassiopi where you have access to larger selection and restaurants. The access to kayaks, and motor boats made for amazing adventure. I would definitely recommend that you rent a boat for the day and cruise along the coast , visiting the beaches and ports along the way (this was our best day)

perfect location just on the water, simple and clean accommodation

The apt is perfectly located just in front of the water and we spent many hours sitting on the porch watching the beach - beautiful and so calm. The place itself is very clean, even if on the simple side. Communication very good, anything we needed got treated very fast.

Lovely apartment, great view

A lovely spacious apartment with a great view over the bay and super close to the sea. The service from both the caretaker staff and Eos Travel was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Easy to communicate via text messaging. Everyone very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean, the air conditioning a very welcome bonus and everything was close by. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great apartment and service

Perfect location, metres from sea, supermarket and tavernas. We have stayed in lots of properties in Kalami over the last 13 years, this was our favourite location.Apartment has all required facilities to make your stay comfortable - quiet, efficient air con, kitchen and the bathroom - the best we have ever had in Greece. All very very clean and towels smelt amazing.Furniture is a bit tired, balcony chairs extremely uncomfortable. On site Eos staff are really friendly, helpful and approachable. Service from the office also very good. Provision of tea towel, washing up liquid and water on arrival is a nice touch.Only thing that almost spoilt our stay was the noise from the water pump situated below our apartment. This ran on a number of days, every 5 minutes day and night causing a loud vibration, louder at night when surrounding area so quiet. Authorities turn water off regularly so properties rely on their own supply from wells, hence need for a pump. After 2-3 nights with no sleep it drove us mad. Eos tried to help and it isn't right it was running as it was - the owner needs to look at this, maybe a new one needed. If it wasn't for this noise I would return in a heartbeat and is the only reason we can't give 'excellent' as it did spoil part of our holiday.

The place is really nice, and exactly like it looks on the pictures.

The place is really nice, and exactly like it looks on the pictures. The location is perfect! Few steps from the beach and the local Tevernas and the supermarket. The view from the balcony is great, and we enjoyed our aperitifs sitting there and looking at the sea. Kalami bay is well served, so you can arrange a transfer to get there and water taxis can take you to other beaches nearby.... Great place, we loved it!

Excellent apartment

We lived our few days here in a family short break. The apartment was spotless and Eos staff went out of their way to accommodate out checkin and checkout times. The sea view from the balcony was spectacular and it was an easy short walk to the beach. Well stocked mini Market a few metres away and lovely restaurant very close by on the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kalami.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kalami. Our host although we never met in person was a good communicator and check-in went fine. The apartment is quite basic and dated, but the location and the balcony overlooking the sea and the low price made it excellent value for money. In our opinion it seemed like one of the best locations in Kalami.

Perfect house, nothing is missing, everything you need to spend a peaceful holiday and in my opinion also to live all year. Perfect location to reach all the beaches to the south and north of kerkira as well as close to ipsos but at the same time a quiet place. Waking up and having the sea a few meters is not to be underestimated. Highly recommended.
