Zoulis Eleni is a traditional village apartment, located just a few steps away from Kalami popular beach, in the neighbourhood of Kalami Corfu, spacious enough for a family or party of four.
This tranquil two bedrooms apartment offers spectacular balconies with sea-views over Kalami Bay, short proximity to all local facilities and it is not farther than 50 meters from the pebbly beach.
Zoulis Eleni is set on the first level of Zoulis Apartments, accessed from the main road by an exterior staircase.
It consists of an open plan area with dining table, kitchen with cooker and a small fridge, a family bathroom / wc and two air-conditioned bedrooms.
Both the bedrooms are twins, they have got sea view balconies with the necessary sitting facilities, for those ones who would wish to enjoy their morning coffee admiring the spectacular sunrise.
Zoulis Eleni apartment is centrally located in Kalami, it offers all those facilities for a relaxing holiday and it has been considered as the ideal property for any sea lover, who would wish an early morning or a late evening dip in the crystal Kalami Bay waters without much hassle.

Seconds from the beautiful beach of Kalami. Lovely apartment with balconies and a view. Everything we needed for a long weekend for a wedding. Lots to explore and a great range of pricey and cheaper options. Supermarkets with everything you could possibly need. communication with the property owners perfect. We will be back. (For context, we came start of June and it was about 30 degrees all weekend).

Our stay was spoiled by one of the beds collapsing and my wife injuring her leg. The bed is held together by nails rather than screws and the nails were rusted to breaking point. Check the beds if you stay here! We asked for compensation but were denied it because we didn't raise the issue until after our stay. We had however raised it with properties managing agent during our stay and sent them photos of the bed and the injury.Won't be using VRBO again as feel a total lack of support with this.To be fair the agent did repair it quickly.The flat itself is very tired looking which doesn't show in the photos. The furniture and kitchen units are old. The kitchen is poorly equipped. The shower is tiny.If they spent a bit of money on fixtures and fittings it would be a much nicer flat.Location is lovely just back from the beach with a choice of restaurants nearby.

It is in the perfect location for the beach.

My two daughters and I spent 9 days in Zoulis Eleni and it was the perfect base for us to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Kalami. It is in the perfect location for the beach and that is where we spent most of our time. You literally come out of the front door and in two minutes you are on the beach! In the evening we would wander down to one of the lovely beach Tavernas for dinner or round the corner for drinks at The White House, former home of Lawrence Durrell and now quite a swish restaurant and cocktail bar where you can lounge on a giant bean bag under an olive tree sipping an Aperol Spritz and gazing at the beautiful Kalami bay. We hired kayaks and paddle boards from Kenny on the beach which was great fun and walked the short distance around the headland to Agni beach. The flat itself was very clean with two lovely balconies, one looking towards the sea and the other over a lovely olive tree, the (mostly quiet) street and the mountains beyond. It had everything we needed, despite a rather spartan look and we think it was very good value. We will definitely return!

We were transferred to this property from Acharavi due to neighbouring major construction noise on a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the better location and a more community feel in Kalami Bay. We loved being able to hear the lapping waves, or sit on the patio and watch the distant lightning storms over Albania. There was always a pleasant breeze on the patio and often sat out there reading, eating or drinking. The community was a safe enough for our kids to go and explore and everything we needed was close by. If Super Marioā€™s supermarket didnā€™t have what we needed, they were more than happy to get it in for us the next day! Nikolas Taverna in Agni Bay has a boat that can pick you up and they have great Greek nights. The apartment is in an area where itā€™s away from the nightly noise of the local tavernas and pubs. Aircon was perfect for those warmer nights. Our room was cleaned 3 times over 15 nights we stayed and the always did a great job of it. We had a hire car and the place had a parking spot available for it. Lovey community and cove!

Pleasantly surprised

We were really pleasantly surprised by our stay at this holiday apartment in Kalami, Greece. The apartment exceeded our expectations in many ways. It was impeccably clean, with nice bedding and comfortable beds that ensured a restful sleep. There were plenty of pillows available, which added to the comfort. Overall, we were really, really impressed with the apartment.While it was a basic Greek-style apartment, it was nonetheless charming and incredibly quiet. The town of Kalami itself is very beautiful, and the location of the apartment was perfect. We were right on the seafront, set back just one house, making it super easy to get to the beach in less than a two-minute walk.One of the highlights of the apartment was the little balcony area, which offered a lovely view of the sea. Unfortunately, we couldn't make full use of it due to an abundance of wasps from a tree at the front of the building. This was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise delightful stay.There is parking available, with one designated space for the four apartments, and plenty of other options nearby for additional parking. The local amenities were very convenient as well. Shops were just a three-minute walk away, and we found a delightful little cafe called Gina's where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. Overall, we can't fault this holiday apartment. It was absolutely superb, offering comfort, convenience, and a beautiful location. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay in Kalami.

Good value budget accommodation in beautiful Kalami. Excellent location, just back from the beach, and close to tavernas and supermarket. Apartment clean, a bit basic, but has everything you need. Furniture rather dark and tired, and beds hard, but I found them quite comfortable.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Zoulis Eleni. Kalami is a calm tiny village, and the apartment is situated right by the beach. The sea view from the balcony is beautiful and you can listen to the waves. A mini market and restaurants are within a 2 minute walk. The apartment is well maintained with comfortable new mattresses, and overall the price/quality ratio is very good. EOS staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed to contact them.

Loved everything about our stay in Zoulis. The location is the best, right on the beach. The balcony has a sea view and everything in the apartment was good and confortable. Excellent communication when we had power cut and problem was sorted within minutes as a caretaker lives on site. Would love to come back again!

Great location,

The property is quite basic, but fully functional. It was spacious enough for us (only two of us) but would be fine for four and has a side facing balcony (overlooking the next apartment block and view of the sea). It also has a front facing balcony (Overlooking the main road). I had a slight issue with the Aircon (Leaking) which was very quickly resolved. its in a great location. Its my second visit to Kalami and I would return again.

Really impressed with EOS. Excellent communication from the start, right through the holiday. Apartment was very clean, in a brilliant location just a few mins from beach, shops and tavernas. The village is very friendly, and the locals very welcoming. The only thing I can criticise are the slightly hard beds but if you can put up with that I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this apartment and company, and I hope to be back soon.

The flat is perfectly lifted out, with all required amenities, in an excellent location and perfect for a party of four. The balcony has the most amazing view of the beach. This apartment is a nice size and has views of the sea and mountains . There are several steps to the entrance but not too steep. It has two balconies , one gets the sun in the morning and the other in the evening. Very close to the beach and the market. An iron and board plus a hairdryer are provided.,
