Weekend Getaway

We stayed in this condo for a 2-day weekend volleyball tournament. The location was great because it was in walking distance to the public beach. Check in and out was super easy and the property manager was very responsive.

Great place!

This condo was perfect for our spring break getaway! We loved the view from the primary bedroom window. It was cooler when we were there, so at night we opened the bedroom window and slept to the ocean sounds. So relaxing! Drinking coffee on the balcony watching the waves....beautiful! Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Bowyer family vacation

This was our first vacation as a family of 5 with just us. We came 2 years ago and stayed in different unit of same property. We really enjoy these condos. The location and views are amazing. Getting a hold of host is quick and easy. Thanks so much.

Great beach

Really good stay, beach wasn't too crowded. The room could use some new furniture. But in all it was a pretty decent place. My one complaint would be having to $57 for a second parking pass. On the website it said 2 bedrooms could get 2 parking passes...Idk I would stay again.

The Condo was awesome, the building was very nicely located in the area we wanted. The only thing that was a challange was the air conditioner. we had to completely shut it off for it to quit cooling.

The furniture is a little old and the doors to the furnace room/laundry would not stay closed without a chair to block it from opening. Not a big deal but could improve the experience. We stayed 3 nights and the only downside was the bad weather, high wind and surf not allowing us in the water at all.

Because of the balcony being on the side, you can't sit on balcony in the afternoons when sun's out! Too hot! But otherwise, everything was great.

Girls Trip

The condo was clean and conveniently located close to restaurants and shops. The only negative thing we had was the fact the door didn't have a deadbolt. Anyone who may have had our "code" could have came inside at any time. We had to go to Walmart and purchase a door stopper to put on the door at night.

Location of the condo was great, but once we walked in the building the lobby was dark, old, and unappealing. Unit was clean, but very aged. Towels were worse than Motel 6 and there was no coffee or filters for the old time coffee maker. Not what I would expect for a condo on the beach. Wouldnā€™t stay in this building again.

September vacation

So my wife and I rented this same condominium in March 2022. We loved it then and love it now. There was only a minor upset which was the washer/dryer unit. No matter what we did the clothes would not dry in this machine. This obviously did not cause us to want to leave a bad review and in fact we tried to book this unit again the first week of October to sadly find out the condominium was already booked. We without a doubt will book this condominium again in the near future. Thanks for the hospitality.

Perfect location in gulf shores, where many restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Even a walking distance the children did not complain about. Being a smaller overall unit allowed less congestion in the immediate area. Great carts to help move things in and out. Parking was easy. However, several drawbacks:1. Poorly stocked kitchen. not even a pizza cutter or scissors2. INACCURATE LISTING. There is a MINI washer/dryer combination and NOT the FULL SIZE in the pictures. The dryer takes FOUR PLUS hours to dry. Not ideal for a beach. 3. The condo is so tight you have to close one door to open another in the main room4. The condo is a SIDE CONDO. Pictures of the balcony are positioned so you can't tell how much of a SIDE view it is.5. The response from management about the dryer was "tell us where so we can update the listing"6. Not enough towels. I know the listing said one per person per room--not even a shower rug for the floor. and with the washer/dryer so poor it was hard to wash things without significant effort. Overall, I WOULD stay at this building but DO NOT recommend the CONDO.

When we arrived on Sat. 6/17 there was only 1 parking pass in the room. On VRBO it says that a 2 bedroom would receive 2 passes. I sent a text message inquiring about an additional pass & was told my reservation didn't come w/ 2 passes & that I had to pay $35+ tax for another one. We had 5 people in our room & there was only 1 wash cloth in each bathroom. I sent a text to receive more on Sat & Sun but didn't receive them until Mon.

I also liked that it was a low-rise condo with only 6 floors. It was great being able to walk right out onto the beach!The condo itself had a nice layout with plenty of room for our family of 4. I appreciated the king-sized bed in the master and the three separate beds in the front room. The management staff was also wonderful with communication and helped us with an issue right away. However, the general maintenance and cleanliness was lacking. The furniture was not that comfortable. We found someone's underwear in one of the chairs in the living room. There were some grease-like stains on some of the bedding, the shower curtain liners were two-toned with dirt at the bottom, but worst of all- there was definitely some water damage/mold issues in the kitchen cabinet and utility closet.I know this may not bother most people, but as a medical mom, this was an issue for me.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So the location and size of this condo is PERFECT. There is a grocery store and plenty of shopping and entertainment within walking distance. The condo has a full kitchen. The dishwasher seemed to be mediocre, you cannot run the washing machine and dryer at the same time. And the washing machine wonā€™t run on cold water, so you have to use the next temp up. The cleaning crew needs to be better. There was a VERY thick coating of dust on top of furniture and doors. Our hands felt dirty just touching them. The drawers were obviously not checked between renters. We found panties in one of them. And a bunch of cords, cable boxes and a random board games with missing pieces. If cleaning crew did a better job it really would have been near perfect. Despite my critques, the management was phenomenal in response time and gave me her personal number for further issues. You canā€™t beat the location. Just a few minutes walking from many great attractions and stores and a few minutes drive from Walmart and less busier restaurants.
