For an unforgettable vacation at the Adriatic coast, we recommend Luxury Villa Sea Mermaid with swimming pool which will provide you a luxury accommodation and a variety of content. The Villa is located 5 meters from the beach and sea which makes it a perfect beach rental. From the terrace, which has a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, you have a beautiful panoramic sea view. Next to the swimming pool are beach chairs where you can fully relax, drink a refreshing drink and listen to the sound of waves. In this Villa, everything has been thoughtfully designed offering to the guests only the best – pleasant for the eye and soul. The stuff lives in a separate apartment making this luxury Villa suitable for family vacations with kids or social events. Luxury Villa Sea Mermaid with swimming pool has an area of 400 m2, is located on 3 floors and can accommodate 10-12 people.
The Luxury Villa Sea Mermaid with swimming pool has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. As soon as you open your eyes you have a beautiful sea view from the bed. Three bedrooms have a double bed, other two have a king-size. Every bedroom is air-conditioned and soundproof, and also has a flat TV and a balcony. The bathrooms are equipped differently – two of them have a hot tub and the rest have a rain shower.
A modern fully equipped kitchenand an outdoor barbecue give you the chance to prepareyour meals by yourself, and you can choose to enjoy them at the indoor or outdoor dining table. The outdoor dining area is located next to the barbecue on the terrace and is a perfectplace for a dinner in late summer hours.
We have great news for gourmets! The nearest restaurant is only 5 minutes walking away from the Villa where you can meet our local cuisine and enjoy the freshly prepared meals like fish, octopus or seafood with homemade olive oil and organically grown herbs. If you have your own cook with you on your vacation, the Luxury Villa Sea Mermaid with swimming pool has a separate apartment for his staying, as well as it can be for a nanny, coach, domestic workers etc.
The Villa provides a variety of activities like billiard and table soccer at the indoor, as well at the outdoor where you can have fun in your own way - whether by swimming or sunbathing, diving, cycling, etc.

The perfect place for a family holiday

Our big family had such a great time in Villa Sea Mermaid. Everyone absolutely loved it, every part of the villa has been very well thought through. The host was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and we were grateful for the recommendations and advice we received upon check-in since it was our first but not the last visit to Croatia.

Wonderful vacation with our friends

Great villa! My wife and I were amazed with the beach in front of the villa, we were spending almost our whole day there. Our friends were more interested in the pool area. The outside dining area was a perfect place for our meals. Antonia from the VIP agency was very nice and helped us with the day trip to Split and restaurant reservations. We will book through this agency again!

Absolute perfection!

We had the best time in this villa! Our children loved the pool area the most. My husband and I enjoyed the sea view from the outside dining area. The energy of this house is just incredible, and everything is cleaned, almost to perfection. Lucija from the agency was great, she organized transfers for us and she found us a perfect boat, and booked a table in a restaurant in Hvar. Recommendations!

Perfect villa for our anniversary

I absolutely love the position of this villa and the pool area. People from the agency helped me organize a surprise for my wife. We celebrated our anniversary in the villa. Smiljana from the agency was the best concierge ever. Definitely recommend!

Luxury villa with pool right by the sea

Luxurious villa, first row to the sea, modern indoor and outside appearance, it was very comfortable for our group of 10. The host and our personal concierge agent Smiljana were both very friendly and helpful. One of the nights we had a Croatian dinner prepared by the excellent chef. The food and the service were amazing and it was perfectly paired with Croatian wines. We will surely come back again!

Very exceptional villa near the crystal clear sea!

Fabulous villa, modern living spaces, overall very well equipped. The location itself is superb! The villa is in a peaceful environment, located right at the seafront and there is a small beach in front. 5-minutes by car to Primosten and half an hour drive to the airport.

Luxury seafront villa

The stylish interior, as well as the view from all rooms/terraces, were really amazing. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils and cooking essentials. The beds were comfy, and did I already mention the fantastic view? :)

Top-notch holiday exxperience!

This villa is amazing! And our booking agent, Darijo, was terrific to work with. Although we never did meet in person, I rarely had experienced working with so skilled and professional travel agents. Darijo helped us with so much information and details to find the best villa for our family reunion. We were traveling from different parts of the world and we had so many questions, and some contradictory requests and Darijo patiently answered all of our many questions. Our communication was always very easy and quick. The villa itself is simply amazing with absolutely so many extras to mention. The seafront location is unbeatable. The interior and exterior of the home are spectacular, with all the comforts of a high-end property, many places to sit, relax, soak up the sun, read a book and the beds were comfy as well. Although we didn’t have a rental car, we toured along the coastline and visited the national parks. We also did the private boat trip to the small islands in front. Of course, it was arranged by Darijo and his team. We all agreed that the combination of the wonderful villa and top-notch service from VIP Holiday Booker allowed us to spend a truly relaxing time with lots of fun.

The villa is spacious and comfortable in every sense, stylish and homey. It offers great sea views from all bedrooms, dining room, terraces, and from the pool. We spent 5 days at this villa and we simply enjoyed holidaying here.

Outstanding! Five-star villa & superb location...

Quiet, comfortable, modern holiday home with superb sea views, private beach, and pool. We stayed here in early spring and it was too cold for swimming but we were blessed with good weather and actually spent most of the time outdoors. My partner and I were accommodated in a suite on a top floor, with a huge sun terrace and the best view! The bedrooms located on the middle floor feature a balcony overlooking the sea. Everyone in our group agreed we should come here again in warmer months so we could enjoy the summer vibes of the Primosten and the Adriatic Sea.

Exceptional

We just returned from one of our best holidays spent in Croatia. Villa Sea Mermaid is very beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Our host was very communicative and was very helpful throughout our stay. The house is just a few steps from the beautiful sea. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very comfy being around. My 24--year old son and his girlfriend went out in clubs several nights and were content with the nightlife. I would say this villa and Primosten area are a good choice for families but also for young people.

Stunning beachfront villa

RIght on the shore with direct access to a small private beach. The accommodation is comfortable, stylish and offers great sea views from most of the rooms, terraces, pool. We spent 3 days here and enjoyed every minute of it.
