The great room opens onto a full wrap-around deck facing directly at the water of Lynch Hollow Lagoon. Second floor has the second and third bedrooms featuring queen-sized beds with a full bath and a small hidden bedroom above bedroom three as well as a loft that overlooks the main floor.

The lower level consist of a family room the fourth bedroom which is a bunk room with two sets of double bed bunk beds which can sleep eight adults. The lower level also opens to a full deck facing the water. The upper and lower decks feature gas grills and patio furniture.

There are three marinas within 1.25 to 2.5 miles from our private floating dock and a boat launch within a half mile by water and two miles by road.
