What sets Villa Sinialo apart from the others are the breathtaking views.
This pretty villa sits on the hillside of Nisaki offering all home comforts.
On the ground floor is a fully fitted kitchen that adjoins the dining and living area with satellite TV (limited English channels), and a DVD player. There is also 1 twin bedroom with an adjacent shower room. The first floor has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with a shared bathroom and each bedroom have a private sea-facing balcony.
Outside there is a built-in barbecue, a shaded dining area, and a large swimming pool with a sun terrace. The garden is full of flowering pots and pretty shrubs.
MHTE: 0829K10TK8257001. Greek Government Environmental tax for the villa is €15 per night, payable to the owner whilst in resort.

Amazing views

The views from Villa Sinialo are breathtaking. Coupled with the privacy and tranquility of the location this is a real find for those wanting to escape it all.The property is spacious and modestly appointed but with everything you need.The only downside is that the access is up a long steep hill... single track and going past lots of other villas it has crazy inclines with numerous hairpin turns and blind corners. It's not for the faint-hearted. But then you get to the villa and those views make it all worthwhile!

Séjour agréable .

Coquette maison à flanc de colline . Le chemin de 1,7 km y menant :est très, très pentu , très étroit et très tortueux, mais au bout la récompense vous attend : un vue inégalée , splendide sur la baie de Corfu. N'oubliez pas le sel ou le pain... car vous ne redescendrez pas en chercher . Si vous arrivez de nuit , redoublez d'attention . Presque au bout de votre montée , à gauche ,un panneau fixé sur un tronc d'olivier , vous indiquera :villa sinialo . La piscine est agréable . Nous aimerions cependant faire remarquer que les matelas sont d'un inconfort inégalé , que la cuisine est rudimentairement équipée , que le toaster est un grand danger d'incendie , ne se déclenchant pas lorsque le pain est toasté. Restez scotché devant .... ou mieux: ne l'utilisez pas .

Due to the Covid 19 protocols set by the Greek government properties must be presented to each new arrival with nothing left from previous guests this is why there are no pantry items, we adhere to the very highest cleaning standards for your safety. Hopefully in time with less evidence of Covid these rules will once again go back to how things were in the past and you will find basic items on arrival. It is a pity you only notified us of the toaster problem after you departed as if we had known of this we would have replaced it immediately. SOGGIORNO A GIUGNO 2021

Villa Sinialo è una casa in collina sopra Nissiaki. La strada per arrivarci è abbastanza lunga e piena di tornanti. Vicino non c’è niente. Per mangiare il posto più vicino è Nissaki. Da fuori la casa è molto bella così come la piscina. Vista stupenda. All’interno invece le cose cambiano un po’. La zona giorno è inesistente con due divani veramente brutti. I bagni sono vecchi e le camere arredate in maniera veramente spartana, senza gusto e charme.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. The villa is a very popular one with a large amount of return custom. The interior is clean and well maintained but possibly the decor was not to your taste but this is also reflected in the price as it is one of the more affordable villas in what is usually a very expensive area. The photos shown on the site are accurate to the the villa and all bedrooms have beds, bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes with a seat and mirror.

Der Blick vom Haus und von jedem Zimmer ist wunderschön. Die Straße ist sehr steil und kurvenreich.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und die Terrasse und Balkon bei gutem Wetter genutzt. Das W-LAN war nicht immer stabil.

Traumhaft trotz Corona

Das Haus und der Pool sind wirklich so schön wie auf den Fotos. Die Auffahrt zum Haus schlängelt sich zwei km in dutzenden Kehren nach oben. Das Highlight ist sicher der Pool und der tolle Blick aufs Meer. Links liegt einem Albanien zu Füßen - rechts liegt Corfu Stadt am anderen Ende der Bucht. Das Haus war top gereinigt und der Check in problemlos. Die Damen und Herren von der Agentur haben uns wegen Corona flexibel und schnell umgebucht. Vielen Dank! Da kommen wir gerne wieder!

Amazing place!

Really relaxing stay, the place has everything we needed and the view is simply amazing! Very private and quiet area. Kitchen was not in the pictures on the website: but has basically everything: stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave (unsure if it's an oven, we didn't try), coffee maker. There was no oil/salt, so make sure to bring your own. The road to get there is steep and a bit adventurous, but for us this was part of the joy and the view is all worth it. Place is also very clean and nice. Only point for improvement could be the mattresses on the bed, they are very hard (but this could also be personal preference). I definitely recommend this place to really enjoy a relaxing vacation. :)

Geweldige vakantie gehad.

Een Geweldige vakantie gehad in een gezellig, mooi en schoon huis met een alles overtreffend uitzicht over zee en naar Corfustad en Albanië. Een fijn zwembad en terras. Om je heen staan allemaal oleanders en olijfbomen. Lieve eigenaren die je privacy op de eerste plaats hebben staan. Het team van Meander is ook super; reageren vlug op vragen die je via mail stuurt en staan je op te wachten op het vliegveld. Zeer zeker een aanrader!!! Ps. de weg naar boven daar is wel rijervaring voor nodig; straat is smal en stijl.

Betten sind nichts für große Menschen, Duschen mit spannenden Vorhangskonstruktionen.aber 3 Bäder!!, Kochen geht eher gar nicht,Restauranttipp..Starlight..,Supermarkt gleich in der Nähe,super,alle 3 Tage Putzservice,Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal diese Unterkunft buchen!!!!!

Private location with Fabulous views

loved the elevated location with amazing pool and outside seating area making the most of the wonderful panoramic views. Pool needs another plastic step pad as the top step is slippery. Bedrooms and bathrooms really comfy. Pool man and house maid we’re great. Kitchenette had all we needed but some better quality utensils are needed. Had a great stay overall .. so quiet and such a great location. Managed a run up the mountain too..

Excellent value and stunning view

Excellent value. Not luxury and furniture and fittings functional. Fantastic view from bedroom balconies, the pool and patio. Takes 10 minutesto drive up the narrow road from the main road to the villa through th olive groves and the many villas. The journey up is well worthitwhen you seethe view and experience the quietness.
