With chair and umbrella in hand, enjoy a quick walk to Pelican Beach on tranquil Seabrook Island, SC. Our location is fantastic...a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 4 minute walk to the pool complex, beautiful beach, golf club and golf course. We are centrally located to all that Seabrook has to offer. Completely remodeled from top to bottom, our villa offers panoramic views of the 18th green of the Robert Trent Jones Crooked Oaks Golf Course. Floor to ceiling windows in the kitchen/dining/living room take full advantage of this amazing vista.

On the main floor, a brand-new kitchen boasts new appliances, granite countertops and fully stocked new cabinetry sure to please any gourmet cook! A granite breakfast bar provides seating for four. The kitchen opens to a light-filled dining area with a newly installed wood floor, complete with a hand hewn "Carolina Table". The living area has a couch, queen size sleeper sofa, 55 inch Smart TV with Comcast Internet (1500mbps) access and programing, and comfortable seating perfect for entertaining. Off the living area is a private guest suite with a recently renovated full bath, two full size beds and Smart TV. A private first floor furnished deck is the perfect setting to grill and dine under the stars.

Upstairs, the master suite provides tranquility with king-sized bed with pillowtop mattress and a fully remodeled bath with large walkin shower. The suite includes a den with a 44" smart TV with windows opening to a stunning view of the 18th green...the perfect setting to watch the sunrise or to enjoy an evening cocktail.

To assist you, our full service management company is on call for 24/7 emergencies. Amenity cards are included without charge so you can enjoy all the activities at the stated guest rates and one gate car pass is provided. An additional car pass is available at a cost of $40. Typical stays are for seven nights; Saturday to Saturday. However, in the Fall and Winter other schedules are available. There is a cleaning fee of $165 for stays of less than four nights. Discounts for long term stays in the Fall and Winter are available.

Seabrook Island is a gated community with an endless list of activities; 15 har-Tru tennis courts, fitness center, equestrian center, indoor pool, outdoor pools, biking, playgrounds and the beautiful beaches. Stunning North Beach is just a bike ride away. Just off the island and again a short bike ride is Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village offering groceries, dining , shopping, activities and services. Historic Charleston is 40 minutes away.

In addition, we are baby and child friendly. We are grandparents of nine little people and have equipped our villa accordingly. You are welcome to use our Pack 'N Play with sheets, highchair and beach toys during your stay. Just let us know and we will have it ready for you. Umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards and cooler are also provided.
