This home is casually furnished for maximum relaxation during your time at the beach. This, well appointed, house, is perfect for families and couples. Master bedrooms has 1 King bed and private bath. 2nd bedroom has queen bed. 3rd bedroom has twin bed with trundle. The back yard has a table, chairs and gas BBQ. If you’re traveling with small children I have a pack & Play. ********* My home is cleaned with Lysol / Clorox products*********

St Augustine getaway

My daughter, her boyfriend, and their dog enjoyed our visit very much. I was meeting boyfriend’s parents for the first time, and it was a perfect location.

Great spot

Everything was wonderful,from the kitchen being super stocked,to plenty of towels for the beach. Outside patio was nice and comfy. Location very close to anything you could possibly need. Thank you.

Great location. Park your car and walk to beach and restaurants. Just a short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Very accommodating place. Comfortable beds plenty of space. Will stay again.

We've had a great time staying here. The house is fully equipped, with an abundance of everything. The host, Kathleen, is a sweetheart. She's gracious and kind. I wanted to draw attention to a few issues: The water pressure in the master bathroom is extremely low, nearly nonexistent. The rug beneath the dining room table has a strong smell of dog urine, which is quite pungent (the rug must be thrown away or properly cleaned). In the master, the bathroom had hair, and the furniture had a pretty thick white dust film.

Great rental at the beach

Location was great for visiting the beach and close to downtown. Lots of helpful items available for visiting the beach, including towels and chairs which was wonderful. Overall a great rental for people with pets. Wish the backyard had some grass and there was a noticeable urine smell downstairs by the kitchen/front door. Water pressure in the master bathroom was really low and needs to be addressed.

Well appointed home with the perfect location

Everything was as described and the owner truly thought of everything. I had a couple questions before and during our stay and the owner was very responsive. We loved the private patio area and found ourselves out there having coffee in the morning, grilling dinner, playing games, and relaxing in the evenings listening to music with the fully charged Bluetooth speaker provided. Beach entrance is literally across the street with so many options within walking distance to food and drinks. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs…it’s all there. We did rent bikes from Drifters rentals and they dropped off and picked up the bikes. Highly recommend. Would definitely rent again.

The location is amazing. Lots of food and drink within walking distance and historic downtown is a 15 minute drive. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to another stay soon

Very well appointed and great location.

This condo has everything you could possibly need. The owner put a lot of thought into what a renter might need in the kitchen, and it's there. The unit was very clean and comfortable. You couldn't ask for a better location. Walking distance to almost everything you need. (just short drive to grocery store). Private back patio was so nice. We'll be back.

Immaculate!

Beautiful, beautiful location! Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! Literally around the corner is the best Mexican food you can imagine at burrito works on 1st Street and A1A. The private beach at the end of 1st Street is so close you will never need to drive your car, and it is so peaceful and beautiful. This is a very spacious place, so nicely decorated, quiet neighborhood, and the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in these 10 years that I have been vacationing with VRBO. The door lock was a little different than other places I stayed at, and the beds were not quite as comfortable as my bed at home, but it was as close to perfection as a vacation place can get!

Comfortable townhouse - decent location

We had a very nice stay here. Everything we needed was in the house - from the kitchen to the TV, to beach chairs and towels. It was also nice to bring fur babies to enjoy the weekend with us. Beds were comfortable and nicely set up for 6 people. Communication with host was easy. Would definitely recommend!

Comfy beach condo in great location

We picked this condo first, on location and second, that it could sleep 5 friends. The location was perfect for our 4 night stay! We wanted pedestrian friendly to the beach and restaurants. Daily we walked to the beach (plenty of beach towels provided). In the evening we were able to walk to dinner. Wednesday mornings there is a farmers market at the pier so we took that walk (appx .8 miles). Lots of shops/restaurants on the way, including coffee & ice cream. Publix is about 1 mile south. The condo checked all the boxes on our must have list- plenty of space inside & outside for the 5 of us to hang out. Inside there is comfortable seating in the living area and a large dining table. Outside in the back courtyard, dining table and couches & chairs with an umbrella- we spent a lot of time out here in the evenings. We wanted a full kitchen so we could shop for and prepare breakfasts and lunches; the kitchen was well stocked for cooking & dining. There is also a 1/2 bath and laundry on main level. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms- for our group 2 people shared the king bed w/ ensuite bath, 2 slept in twin beds, and the other had the queen bed- these 3 shared 1 bath. We all found the beds and pillows comfortable. Also, there were plenty of towels and wash cloths. I think the photos give a fair representation of what you will find when you open the door. We all loved the beachy decor and vibe and are already talking about booking again for 2023!

House was a great size for a long weekend with friends. Everyone had room to spread out, kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed. Hidden gem was the back yard! We enjoyed coffee and breakfast every morning.

70th Birthday

This was a trip to celebrate the 70th birthday of my mom and aunt. My family and I were very pleased with this place. Everything we needed was provided and then some. Would definitely stay here again.
