Due to a last minute cancellation this amazing unit is available for the month of January 2026 and is hosted by Coastal Properties in Orange Beach, Al. This 5th floor unit has been beautifully refreshed and is perfect for your beach get away. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped for preparing meals. You will enjoy the amazing view from the beach side master bedroom as well as the gulf front balcony just off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Perfect Getaway

We loved everything about our stay! The receptionist at check in was so friendly and helpful, the unit was beautiful, and the short walk to the beach was a great bonus! We will definately be back!

Small but very nice Condo!

The Condo was smaller than expected but overall was a great condo! Elevators were a little questionable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was beautiful and supplied anything we needed. My friend forgot her beach chair and they even had one of those. They had fishing rods, pool noodles, a tent, golf clubs, toys and more. There was lots of storage for all your things also. The toilets were kinda short which is a little tougher for older folks but overall just great. Also I do wish the property had a bathroom down by the pool instead of always having to go up to your room

It clearly stated that there would be no refunds or discounts for mechanical failure which makes you think that this happens frequently.

Much needed get away!

We were very pleased with our stay. There were four adult adults, two children, one teenager and we all were very comfortable. The property was very accommodating, especially when we forgot our crockpot. They provided us with one. Walmart was right across the street just in case you missed bringing anything that you needed. We are used to staying in a building where they have an icemaker however, with Walmart being in the front of the property, it really was not an inconvenience. The room was very clean. The property was a perfect size where it was an overcrowded. It was a quick walk to the beach. We were on the fifth floor so we had a great view. Any questions we had before our stay or the day of the stay we were always able to get in touch with someone to answer all of our questions which is always a big plus these days. The condo was decorated. Very nice. It was not cheesy looking great furniture. Both beds were comfortable, including the sofa, bed, plenty of pots and pans and plates. The AC worked great. We would definitely stay there again. We typically like to clean after our stay at the beach. So we were happy that there was a floor, vacuum, mop, and broom available to us and not locked up in the closet.

The condo was very outdated, just bare minimum. The balcony had tons of sand on it when we got there which in return caused us to track it in. You could just tell it was a very old unit.

Unit not as advertised. Had to move to new property.

This unit is very dated, filthy and had significant maintenance needs. It was not habitable. The furniture and linens were in rough shape. The towels were thin, stained rags. Moldy bathrooms, holes in walls with open wires, dirty showers, etc. The entire property was dirty. Lots of workers hanging out around outside but there was tons of work that needed to be done. Just a power wash of the hallways, wiping down the elevator and other contact surfaces, a coat of paint would go a long way. It seemed like they have just given up. We checked in late so the only person around was security sitting in the office next to the the rental office. We asked for help and his response was ā€œIā€™m just securityā€ also claimed he didnā€™t even know what time the leasing office opened. Seriously? We did complain the next morning and the property management company honored our request to leave the property and credited us our full payment which was appreciated. However we were forced with finding a place on short notice and ended up spending another $150 per night. One thing that struck me when we complained about the condition of the unit was that the blame was shifted to the cleaning crew - ā€œthey are supposed to tell us when things need attentionā€. They also seemed to place blame on the owner of the unit. Is there no responsibility on behalf of the property management company to ensure units are kept up to rental standards, to audit work being done or to routinely audit the property? The towels arenā€™t provided by the owner, they are provided by the cleaning company- who is monitoring their service and holding them accountable? Very substandard.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a beautiful area, on the gulf condo complex.The unit itself needs updating. The clothes dryer wasnā€™t functioning properly. The dishwasher was temperamental when trying to start it. The bathtubs did not drain properly, we were always standing in 3 inches of water. The sheets and towels were very thin.The balcony view is awesome, with views of Dauphins passing by.The state park was close by and has 10 miles of paved trails for walking and biking. Eagles were seen nesting along the trails.
