You have reached your dream destination at Seaside Beach & Raquet Club 3702. This
7 th floor retreat is where you will find exactly what you are looking for to escape the
chaos of the day-to-day grind. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with the comfort of
sleeping 6 guests. From your private balconies, yes there are 2 of them, you can step
out to the fresh Gulf breeze and soak up the tranquility of Orange Beach.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you will have everything you need to create your own
culinary delights. If you want to take a break from cooking, just venture out and explore
the endless variety of eateries where you will discover menus to satisfy your appetite.
Whether you are in the mood for fresh Gulf seafood, steak or burgers and barbeque,
you are sure to find it nearby.

Enjoy the 2 Gulf-front pools, an indoor pool, tennis courts and fitness rooms. There are
also nice outdoor grilling areas for your picnics. At the end of a day of playing in the
surf and sand, or exploring nature trails and visiting the zoo, get ready to kick back in
the cozy living area to relax. The balcony is a great place to enjoy a cool drink in the
evening or a cup of coffee in the morning.

Ready to get the sleep of your dreams? The master bedroom is furnished with a
comfortable king-size bed and a master bath with a walk-in shower. There is also a
private balcony where you can enjoy the amazing view of the moon light on the waves.

The guest bedroom has an equally inviting queen size bed and a twin bed to get that
great night’s sleep. And an extra sleeping space can be enjoyed on the queen-sized
sleeper sofa in the living area. Ya’ll will wake up refreshed and ready to soak up more
sunshine!

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. This is a non-smoking vacation
rental and no pets are permitted. 1 parking pass is permitted for 1 bedroom vacation
rentals, 2+ bedroom vacation rentals are allowed 2 passes. Check-in time is 4pm and
checkout time is 10am

Our stay was nice. Just a couple of suggestions: Need a hook in guest bath to hang bath towel, refrigerator and freezer door need to be fixed so they stay closed all the time. Washing machine is loud.

Ok place

The location was great. The elevator was broken for the last two days of our stay. We left some food on the stove. When we went back to it a couple hours later there was a cockroach on it. That was the only one we saw.

October Vacation

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, we have stayed at Sea Side 13 years straight. The elevator had a pleasant smell, grounds and pool were nicely maintained. This is the first time we have stayed in 3702.Room was clean along with bed linens and towels. There are 3 issues we had:1. Second bathroom shower did not work, this is the primary reason we selected 3702 for the second shower, since was advertised with 2 bathroom. I did call on our second day (Tuesday, October 15th) to inform Coastal that the second shower did not work and told them to wait until we left on Saturday, October 20th. For we did not want to spend our vacation waiting on someone to show up to fix the shower. 2. Electrical Outlet on the counter top is missing a cover. This is dangerous and could result in Arc Flash3. Unable to turn off televisions and the television in the Master Bedroom unable to adjust the volume. We have used Coastal Property several times, it would be nice if repeat customers received a discount.

As we made ourselves at home I noticed there was dust and men’s hair on the nightstand, under the tv. The bed sheets were dirty so I had to wash them. The balcony chairs were out dated. The TVs were hard to figure out. Why have 4 remotes. The elevator was broken two days so we had to go down 7 flights of stairs. On the plus side the room had a great view. The ac worked great.

Amazing view….old condo

The view from the balcony was amazing. There were a few cosmetic issues that could be overlooked because of price but we had to wash our sheets when we got there because they looked gross, when we ran the dishwasher it leaked everywhere and the elevators were busy, slow and broke down a lot. That sucks when your on the 7th floor.

They have a few beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use (this helps if you are short on trunk space). The kitchen was well stocked on dishes/pots/pans and even a keurig. We will definitely use this one again!

Ocean View

We enjoyed our stay with ocean front, private baloneys for the entire building and several access points to the clean beaches. This unit had a door to the balcony from the main room and also from the primary bedroom. I contacted the Property ahead of time and received the address for the secondary location to pick up keys because I could not find that information in any of the communication sent prior to our arrival on a Sunday afternoon - which required access to a lock box to pick up parking passes and building codes. Plenty of parking, several grocery store options close by. Ice maker in the freezer was available and along with several beach chairs provided for our use. Please clean the dry lint trap. It was overflowing into the duct work. Check out time was 10am. Cleaning crew arrived at 9am, hoping to get a head start. I would stay here again and have already referred several people to Coastal Properties.

Great view

View was amazing- exactly what we needed and wanted. Would’ve been nice if there were a few comforts- extra trash bags/ dishwasher tabs/ paper towels- but we managed. Our stay was short so not a huge issue. Overall- excellent and exactly as advertised. We would absolutely stay again!

Comfortable stay

The furniture was comfortable which is important if your staying a month. Condo needs painting, needs updated appliances, updated fixtures, and cookware that’s not from the thrift store. We enjoyed our stay but a few small improvements would improve this property..
