Unit 4710 at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club, is sure to please with its great location and beautiful views. This is a 2 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and beautiful Gulf front balcony and gulf views.

The unit has a stocked kitchen with new granite counters. The Living room features a queen pull out sofa and a recliners It also has a 55" Roku flat screen TV on the wall. You can enjoy the beautiful Gulf views from the sofa!

The bath is attached and it the master bedroom has Gulf views, a king sized bed and a flat screen television, with an attached bathroom. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, with an attached bathroom. The washer and dryer is located off the living room area.

Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is ideally located just across the street from stores, restaurants, and a family amusement center. There are also golf courses, water parks, zip-lining, mini golf, paved nature trails, marinas, and theaters nearby.

Overall our stay was great. Keyless entry would have been nice, having to drive out of the way to get keys after already driving 9 hours was a little frustrating while also having to keep up with a key at the pool/beach PLUS having teens coming and going trusting them to keep up with it, I didn't like that. The property was well kept, couch needs to be updated but we didn't have any issues. Having multiple pools and being steps away from the beach is always a bonus.

Great location with a wonderful balcony view

This condo was very well decorated. Large patio for meals. This complex has a very short walk to the water which is great for families with kids or Nanas. We had a great week!

Check in and out is offsite in Gulf Shores, which was, admittedly, annoying to have to tack on an extra 20 minutes to my drive just to get the keys. Bed is old and has dips, along with hard, flat pillows. Spending as much as I did on an ocean front condo, I expected the bed to be more comfortable than my worn out mattress at home. Otherwise, great condo.

If I owned this unit, I would replace the front door. When I opened the front door I was aghast at how old the door looked and it impacted my view of the place. In addition there was a lot of grinding on the outside of the building on Thurs., Fri., and SAT. I complained each day to Seaside Beach and Racquet. The manager of the building lied and I was told he said that the grinding would only be the one day. That was totally wrong. I want to emphasize that I was very pleased with the response of White Shores Realty. I would also like to say that the pictures we saw of the unit were excellent, but the pictures were better than the actual place.

The condo was perfect, condition was exactly as pictured online - clean and comfortable. The elevator in the condo building was very slow but worked (whew, the unit is on the 7th floor). Amazing view and helpful leasing agents.

Great place but a few notes!

Had a great stay overall. The host was responsive but we found it a little inconvenient to drive 20 minutes out of the way to pick up the apartment keys and parking pass. The place was as advertised but a few notes:- there was a large cockroach in one of the bedrooms on the last night- the linens, sheets pillows and bath mats could use a refresh- wouldā€™ve been great to have small necessities like dish soap, an extra trash bag or two for the large trash can, salt, pepper, cooking oil or note that the property doesnā€™t include that. I understand many folks come for extended stays but for quick weekend trips, it would be great to have some on hand so guests donā€™t need to buy an excessive amount. The property did have all the appliances/utensils youā€™d need from a cooking/bbq perspectiveThe view was beautiful and in a great location

Great Stay!

Overall it was a really great condo! It was clean and organized. Had a well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed this condo. Great location by the beach. Property managers were friendly. Couple of items that were needing attention were the rug in living room, couch and decorative pillows could use a deep cleaning. The fridge was dirty inside and needs to be updated- a lot of rust on shelves. Bath tubs are outdated. I wanted to still give 5 stars because it really was comfortable and overall was clean. The whole process was very seamless and easy.

Perfect vacation

Balcony was amazing. Largest balcony award. Loved all the nice beach decorations. The bed was soft and we all slept good. Good water pressure but the drain did not drain well. We did have upstairs neighbors that played music loud day and night, not sure if telling the property manager helped but that happens everywhere . Bring extra paper towels and toilet paper with you. Some places I have stayed in had extra, this did not but a Walmart and dollar store was super close, we did not find a lot of food options for restaurants , the beach was not crowded at all, all in all I would definitely stay again if I wanted to go to orange beach.

Beach retreat

Property was nicely decorated and great views of ocean. Condo was well appointed with kitchen items although we did not do a lot of cooking. The first code we were given didnā€™t work so had to call office to get a different one. Upon entry there was a dead roach under one of the bar stools and the second night there was a large live one in sink. Never saw others and office told me it had recently been treated and I know thatā€™s not uncommon having lived in Florida. I would stay again.

Beach condo

Pros: location, nice pools, washer and dryer in unit Cons: check in out of the way for no reason, noise(lots of construction), cleanliness(no cleaning supplies), not stocked with with any necessities( no soap, kitchen trash bags, TP). We arrived late evening and had one empty soap container in just one of the bathrooms. We couldnā€™t even wash our hands until we went shopping. I left soap behind for the next guests. There were lots of smokers at this smoke free property.

Great location and nice view.

I like the condo. Nice decor. Property needs a good cleaning and updates. Within the first 30 min we had a large roach come out of the garbage disposal and droppings found under the sink. The air filter was wrong size for the unit. Air flow not even thought out the condo. Nice place, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture, and good area but definitely needs some good housekeeping and maintenance and the property as a whole needs more attention.

Comfortable

The management company was very attentive to our needs. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a large palmetto bug and someone was sent to spray, immediately, the next morning. Then, the ancient dryer broke and a repair person was sent within a couple hours. A new belt had to be ordered, which took two days because of the age of the dryer. The furniture and flooring in the unit had been updated. However, the bathtubs, which were stuck in the 80s needed to match the rest of the updated decor and the master tub didn't drain very well. The unit was clean, on the surface, but could have used some elbow-grease in nooks and crannies. A keyless entry would have been a nice touch so we didn't have to travel 20 minutes away from the condo to pick up/drop off keys. Overall, the stay was comfortable and accommodating: The view was beautiful and we had wonderful weather!

Great Condo at Seaside!

Condo location can't be beat! Condo is updated, nicely decorated and clean. Furniture is new, beds are relatively comfortable, and condo included many amenities. Seaside is older, but sturdy. I imagine it would withstand a hurricane. Winds were whipping and we didn't hear anything. Couldn't hear the neighbors all around us either. Do wish there were screens on the doors. Our only issues: 1- parking is not great. Seems to fill up quickly. 2- having to go to Gulf Shores to pick up and drop off the keys. White Shores was easy to deal with, but they need a satellite office in Orange Beach. Traffic in Gulf Shores is just awful! Not understanding why we couldn't use the keyless entry, but not a huge biggie. Highly recommend this condo!
