You will enjoy this 3rd floor spacious condo featuring a sofa sleeper and reclining chair in the living room as well as 3 full baths. There is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. You will enjoy the amazing view from the gulf front balcony just off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Awesome stay!

Wonderful condo! Just what we needed. The only complaint would be floors seemed a little dirty. Otherwise we recommend!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location for our visit for a cheer competition at the Wharf. The condo was perfect for us. It could really use better televisions. The only bedroom tv that worked was smaller than my computer monitor. Could not access streaming channels on the living room tv, needed an ethernet cable. We never could get the master bedroom tv to work. The third bedroom did not even have a tv. Other than the tv issues we loved the condo. It was a perfect location. We walked to Walmart across the street and to Waffle House just up the road. It would have been nice to have a Keurig coffee maker, but there was a regular coffee maker so we made do. Tea is just not as good heated in the microwave! The staff is wonderful. We had an air conditioning issue and someone was out within an hour to fix it even though it was on Sunday. We will definitely rent here next time!

Cleanliness was questionable- is tile able to be cleaned or just needs replaced? Furniture and beds were very outdated and over used. Coastal Properties staff were great!

Hated the TV & internet was very slow! None of the 3 tvs were working! Manager had to come & work on all & yet they would still go out! Large step up to toilet & long deep step down into tub/shower! Definitely not for anyone handicapped!

Excellent location; lived in but not dumpy

Good deal for the money. Could use some updates (such as the couch) but comfortable for a large family. Master bath is not usable older folks- step up to toilet, large step down into the tub/shower; however, the other queen bedroom had its own bathroom so my in-laws were comfortable there. Let management know if you have issues and they will take care of it.

Wonderful stay

Washer-drier was a life saver. Everything was convenient. Lots of space. Wish I never had to leave. I will definitely stay here again! The whole property was very clean and well managed.

Disappointed with cleanliness

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family enjoyed the location, grounds and the beach on our vacation however we were disappointed in the cleaning of our rooms. I noticed that there was dust covering the fan blades & the doors on the furnace door was also covered in dust. These things could be dusted quickly which would give visitors peace of mind seeing that the cleaning staff does a good job. Some visitors may not notice but those that do remember.

Overall cleanliness was lacking a bit as well, but I think that if the maintenance issues were resolved, it wouldn't "feel" so dirty. I would deem this place a "work in progress". At this time I would not recommend to a friend - the building, yes, this condo, no.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have reserved this condo for many years and enjoyed our visits. There are a few things that need fixing in this condo. Two out of the three lightbulbs in the queen bedroom bathroom were burnt out and the towel bar by that sink is coming out. The toilet handle needs to be jiggled to get it to stop running and the shower control/plumbing is coming out of the wall. The ice cube maker didn’t work, and the chair spring came out of the frame on one of the chairs. We need to manually prop up windows and the master bathroom handle sticks. We didn’t bring any of the easy fixes to the attention Property management. But it seems to be that is some thing that could have been taken care of before we came. I wear socks when I walk around the condo, to keep my feet and sheets clean. We have reserved this condo many years, but will not reserve it again, because would like a walk in shower for my dad. All the bathrooms have tub showers, which are hard to access for older people. The condos are in need of renovation and update. I know with that they would probably cost more, but would be well worth it for the older return clients. I would gladly go back, as the condos are very affordable, and the view is wonderful.

Reviewer Comments: We are not particularly picky people so we tolerated staying in this condo. The location was great! Right across the road from Walmart and other shops and directly on the beach with a nice pool. The needing to update really does not bother me. Yes, it could stand to be updated quite a bit but really not a big deal to us. However it was not clean. The pictures show a nice white clean tile, however we had to wear shoes to whole time we walked around inside or the bottom of our feet turned black. I am not sure the place has ever been mopped. Also, the kitchen seemed clean enough however when I was up late on our last night there, multiple small roaches crawled across the counter. If I would have seen those the first night that would have been a game changer and we would have moved. I will end on a positive and say that the balcony was awesome and we really enjoyed sitting out there the majority of the time.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beds where like sleeping on the ground they are so hard. The drier did not work after washing clothes. Every time someone on the floor above us walked it sounded like they would fall through the ceiling. The pictures online make it look a lot nicer than it is. Internet is horrible and really small tv's so its not enjoyable for children when in the room at night. Overhaul it was the worst experience I've ever had staying at the beach would not recommend and I won't be returning to the place.

Spring break trip

The dishes in the cabinets were dirty along with the silverware in drawers,had to wash everything before use. The remote control in living room was covered with sticky substance,not sure what it was,the remote in master BDR had corroded batteries and duck tape on the back holding batteries in.Very loud havac system ,almost impossible to sleep in that first bedroom.would have been nice to have at least one more large trash bag for kitchen garbage trash can.I wiped the chairs around the table with Lysol disinfectant wipes,wish I could have left them for housekeeping to see.!Did enjoy the view,and area.the security guard was very nice.the pool area was clean.we did want to cook out,but didn’t want to stand in parking lot to do it.we did have a good time,(except the hail storm).Thanks.
