Come enjoy a relaxing getaway at our great 2BR condo at Phoenix V. There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.



This unit sleeps 8 with a King bed in the master bedroom, two Full beds in the guest bedroom and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Living room furniture is new, replaced fall of 2017. Dining room seats 6 people with two additional seats at the bar. Living room and master bedroom has balcony access. Living room has brand new 65 inch 4K Smart TV.
The condo is beautifully decorated throughout.
We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

While you relax by the large outdoor pool, your kids are able to enjoy a 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Nice stay at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental company was super. Reached out with a plumbing issue and they resolved. When we arrived there was a cleaning rag on dining room table, some of the living room curtains were hanging off the rod and kitchen sink had a lot of sand in it- I realize this is a cleaning crew issue. Walls have been painted so its updated from the online photos. Kitchen was very well stocked-only a regular coffee pot if that matters to you. Overall a Great stay and would stay there again.

Great Location

Absolutely love this place!! Quiet and peaceful location. Just wish the directions to the building and particular unit were a little clearer. But still overall wonderful vacation.

Great stay!!!!

This unit is BEAUTIFUL!! Lots of painted areas e.g. trees. landscap, turtles , etc. A tiled walk-in tub which was wonderful in the master bedroom. I’m older so I especially enjoyed that. It was just a great place to stay. We’ve been down here 4 years and this was the best.

Do not recommend this room. Dishes were dirty in the cabinets, the king bed is old and sunken in the middle, there were red stains on one of the full beds in the second bedroom. You couldn’t open the freezer without turning the kitchen light off. There was a light in the hallway off, so we were doing laundry in the dark. The light switch in the living room for the porch doesn’t work. Not to mention the paint and ceiling peeling.

Property in very poor condition

Two of the 4 sinks leaked, there was standing water and mold under the sinks. One sink in the master bedroom wasn't even connected to the drain, so it just poured into the cabinet. The dishwasher was not connected to the cabinet, so when you opened the door it almost fell out of the cabinet. The refrigerator freezer door would not fully open so you couldn't put anything into the feezer. Took 5 calls to the management company to get maintenance to come look at the problems. We were moved to a much nicer unit, where everything worked

Sliding glass door in master lock not working TV in LR not working Door to laundry room broken Sand on floor when rented Elevators take forever. Property mgr is not person listed Jill is property mgr she is horrible. Does not return calls. I’m general is unhelpful and accusatory to you the guest. Worst rental experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great. My family had a wonderful time in Orange Beach. The condo itself was good. It needs a few updates and a good deep cleaning. The property was my issue. One, it needs a major face lift. Two, it needs better elevators. Three, it needs working elevators. Upon check in, I waited 25 plus mins in the afternoon heat to catch an elevator. My family and I took as much as we could up 6 flights of stairs, but the large items had to be loaded on a cart and get in line to wait for an open elevator. Once all settled in, the staff was friendly. Time for the beach. No jellyfish was a huge plus this year. The walk way to the beach, hot, umm, horribly scorching on the feet is a better discription. Take shoes!!! The other reason is the walk is made out of wood. It needs a good sanding. Lots of splinters in feet, but that is ok, the wounds were cauterize by the near sun temperature of the walk way.Day to leave. Elevators again are a HUGE issue. Waited over 45 minutes to catch one. Only 3 out of the 4 where working. People, the stairs work all the time, try using them once and awhile.

The mattresses felt like they were from the 80’s and if my husband moved at all during his sleep, I would bounce 4 times lol. The toilet in the master bedroom sounded like a train was coming through the wall as soon as you’d flush it. Small easily repairable things could make a huge difference. Overall it was very clean and accommodating. Beautiful balcony with great views.

The condo itself had a bad odor that did not go away the entire stay. The condo was very dirty upon arrival. Dirt on walls/doors, crumbs/hair on the floor, empty chip bags on the floor, trash on bathroom floor, etc. The comforter in the master had multiple holes in it causing the stuffing to come out. Apps were not available to use on the smart tv's due to missing tv remotes. Fan in spare room was very loose causing loud noise when turned on. Beds were old, lumpy, and creaked when moving. The entire condo seemed outdated and dingy. Pictures on the site made it appear cleaner and more updated. We will not be staying there again.

It was a decent place overall. The bath/shower in the second bedroom does not have a shower curtain so you cannot take a shower in there. A small vacuum would have been helpful for us to clean up sand brought in from the beach. Our biggest issue was no hot water for about 18 hours. Maintenance finally came out and switched the breaker on which we could have done ourselves if we knew that needed to be done.

The room was very clean it had everything you would need. the walls have beautiful pantings all over them and the view was 10/10. For our first experience staying in Alabama im definitely glad we chose this room and place to stay. we hope to stay again next year and i would definitely have to recommend this place and room to everyone <3

The view from the balcony is fantastic, I loved sitting out there. The beds were comfortable. We used the treadmill in the exercised room most days. That was convenient. There are grocery stores and lots of good places to eat close by. Hazels for breakfast is a must. And Bahama Bobs is so good. We hope to come back again next year.
