You will enjoy the view from this 6th floor unit. There are balconies just off of the master bedroom and living room. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Seaside has 2 ocean front pools, an indoor pool, 2 great grilling areas, tennis courts and a fitness room. Seaside is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just five miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities within one mile. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

It looked like they were updating the unit the view was great and location only complaint really was the dryer would barely dry clothes took 3 or more times

Room needs updates but we were only in the room to sleep and shower The 2 twin beds need to be switched to 2 Full size beds. Seemed like wasted space for that size room Overall experience was good Not very costly, we will definitely rent again

The only thing that was a big concern was the 4 broken patio chairs, we felt like it was a hazard after one of us sat in it the seat broke it was already broke. I spoke with rental property and they knew about chairs. The chairs should be removed then! Otherwise it was a great condo.

Condo is nothing like the photos!! Extremely outdated was nasty upon arrival we had to clean the unit ourself carpets had stains everywhere not to mention dirty dishes. It claims pools are open until 10pm but there locked up before 8pm

The property manager was helpful and pleasant . Negatives: One working elevator that took forever. We took 6 flights of stairs most of the time. Condo was clean, but needs serious updating. We did have some broken things in the condo that were reported to management.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you’re here for the beach, this condo is inexpensive and on the beach. The property manager was SO kind and helpful. I would 100% rent from this company again, but not this particular condo. Appreciated some updated items like some furniture and new flooring. However, the kitchen, washer/dryer, and bathrooms need major updating. The washer and dryer are NOT equipped for a 3-bedroom condo. Also, the condo sleeps 8 but only has 4 patio chairs. Legitimately cut my hand on the rusted master bathroom sink. And overall, the condo could use some deep cleaning - questionable stains/dirt on surfaces like dresser and closet doors.

Reviewer Comments: when we first arrived the hall bathroom was leaking when commode was flushed but was taken care of quickly. the sliding balcony door handle was very loose and i left a message on the counter for that to be reported. this is our 3rd time to stay in this rental and love the location and the whole complex. the old carpet had been replaced with flooring and new table, chairs and coffee table also replaced.management is always very prompt taking care of any problems. i love staying in this unit.

Needs some minor attention and upkeep. Couple outlets missing covers. Still, for the price not horrible. However the facility, terrible for kids. Security constantly getting onto kids. Couldn't throw a football in the grass area, couldn't have music playing by pool at any volume. Not Coastals fault at all, just wouldn't recommend for kids that are active

The carpet in the bedrooms needs to be replaced and other small things. Besides that the condo was great. We did have a problem with our air conditioner. Coastal properties stepped in, and was great working with us. They went out of their way to make sure that we were very satisfied.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nice but in need of some updating. Loved the large wrap around balcony. Beautiful view of the beach. Would stay again.

Directions for leaving key was not clear at all! Also housekeeping came at 9:00 when check out was 1

The property was great’ condo wasn’t quite as clean as it should have been and housekeeping was very rude! They came at 9 when checkout clearly stated 10 and was very rude because we hadn’t left yet.
