HILTON HEAD ISLAND RENTAL. This great Hilton Head villa is located near the Centrecourt community pool.

5 steps lead to the entry where you will find updated flooring throughout the kitchen, dining, and living rooms. The kitchen has been updated with granite throughout, as well as 2 bar stools, and a stackable washer and dryer. The dining room seats 6 and leads directly to a living area with comfortable seating, and a TV with cable and Roku. Off of the living room is a very serene deck overlooking a lagoon.

Each bedroom has 2 queen beds, TVs with cable and Roku, and private baths. This is a wonderful choice for your next Island Getaway.

**Free shuttle service through Palmetto Dunes Buggy available April through September.

**Hilton Head Island is currently undergoing a beach renourishment project. The beaches are open! Depending on work location, beach access may be temporarily restricted. Please see the link below to follow along. **

Centre court 7825, until next year

Villa was exactly as described. Enjoyed our visit and will definitely consider it again next year. Overall clean but needs some special attention in the bathrooms under the vanity.

7625 Centre Court

Condo was very clean ( a few dishes were dirty). The separate suites were great. Plenty of towels and cooking supplies. Deck was very relaxing. Lots of games and puzzles. Bathroom light was out but someone fixed it the next morning. The only thing really wrong was that it rained heavy and the area in front of condo steps did not drain so i had to put a board across the walkway so the women did not have to step into the water that pooled there. Also we were thinking it was closer to the coliginy area. But it was an awesome week in a great condo . Definitely would stay again.

We loved the condo! The location was excellent. We enjoyed 2 meals at Alexander's (5 min. walk tops from condo). The condo was clean, well-stocked, and full of light. The decor was very nice and the furniture was very comfortable. The bose radio was a great extra!

We loved Patty and Jeff's Place at Centre Court in Palmetto Dunes. Beautiful condo, fully stocked with everything you need and perfect location. We will be back. Great owners to work with and very clean and up to date. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been coming to Hilton Head Island for many years and we always stay at Palmetto Dunes. Centrecourt was one of our favorite place to stay. It is very nice and comfortable. Although this time, the condo above us the floor was squeaking so bad every time people move around the room. The noise kept us up at night. Other than that our stay was great! We probably will be back to Centrecourt but choose a different location.

The condo was very clean! Loved that it was so close to the bike rental place and the General Store. Pool is right outside your front door. Owners were very helpful with rental and responded quickly to emails!

We had the pleasure of staying at 7825 Centercourt! The place was walking distance to the beach, general store and the pool was right outside our door. The place itself was nice and clean, it offered everything that my family needed! We had a great time at Hilton Head. Love the low tides were you can just float in the water and the high tides were the kids enjoyed riding the waves, even grandma was riding the waves😎 All in all our vacation was excellent! We will go back for sure.

We always enjoy HHI and Palmetto Dunes. We enjoyed the location of the condo; but unfortunately, the significant issues with the noise from upstairs units subfloor left an overall negative impression on us and we would not return to this specific property. The subfloor was terribly squeaky and loud whenever people were above us (which was the first two nights and then again the last night). We do appreciate you and the owners reaching out with the bottle of wine and snacks as a gesture; however 3 nights of sleep were rather unpleasant. We truly hope you are able to get the HOA involved in rectifying this situation for future guests. I also suggest checking the sofa bed/couch in the living room, as it seems to be nearing the end of it's life (it was also very squeaky when you sit on it). We didn't need it for our stay, but something they may want to plan to replace soon. A few of the headboards could also use tightening as whenever one person rolled over, it squeaked (it appears to be a theme :)

This is the 5th year we stayed at this condo. We absolutely love it!!! Great location to the beach,pool,what ever we need to do. Condo is always kept perfect!! Has everything anyone would need. I am hoping to book for next year as well! Only wish is that it allowed pets❤️

Jeff and Patty's condo is PERFECT! It has the best location in Palmetto Dunes: steps to the tennis courts (2 free hrs/day) and pool, a quick walk to the General store, pickle ball courts and canoe/kayak rentals, and a short walk to the beach!!! The unit was spotless, comfortable, well-appointed and cheerful. The kitchen has everything, including a crockpot and blender. Washer dryer was great. Bedroom/bath setup was WONDERFUL for 2 families or 1 with many kids with each suite at opposite ends of the living area. We will be back!!!

We had a great time at Palmetto Dunes! The condo is very close to the beach so it only takes a couple of minutes to be enjoying the ocean. We loved riding bikes and watching the fireworks. Market street cafe and Bella Italian were great places to eat.

Great Location and so Relaxing!

What a wonderful vacation! Our CentreCourt villa was just perfect! The villa was so convenient to the tennis courts, swimming pool, Fazio Golf Course, and, of course, the beach. The villa is very nicely decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had our coffee every morning on the deck overlooking the 11 Mile Lagoon... you can't help but relax! The owners were great to work with to finalize the details of our stay. They even checked in on us during our stay to be sure everything was going as we expected. One amenity our family really appreciated was the combination door lock... no keys to worry about! Palmetto Dunes is a wonderful place for a family vacation! The beach was just minutes from our villa... we rode our bikes on the beach every day! My son and I played the Fazio Golf Course several times... it is right across the street from CentreCourt. Hilton Head is a family vacation destination dream... we found great restaurants, golf courses and things to do! If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay that is perfectly located for a family vacation... pool, beach, golf and tennis... we highly recommend this villa!
