There's a fabulous ocean view from this top floor 1-bedroom Hilton Head villa. The kitchen, which was just recently updated with stainless appliances, dining and living areas feature tile floors. The dining table seats up to 4 and opens to a living area with sofa, smart TV with Hulu, Amazon Prime and Netflix. There is a sliding glass door to an oceanfront balcony with a fabulous view. The master suite is furnished with a king bed and a TV. Off the master is a large bathroom with shower. A second bathroom is located off of the entry with a shower. This great 5th floor villa is a wonderful location on this cozy island for your next Hilton Head getaway. Great Location - HORRIBLE FURNITURE & BED

If you enjoy being uncomfortable when you sit or sleep, this is the place for you. The sofas are so old you sink when sitting & they make noise; no comfortable position to be had...we put throw pillows under the cushions just to keep from sinking forward. The bed is hard as a rock & has "people divots" so the middle is the best spot; the pillows are so thin and old we had to go buy some the 2nd day there. The decorations are lovely and the location is great. The owners just need to do a little updating of the furnishings and bed and this would be a gem. We left 2 days early because we just couldn't take any more back pain from sleeping or sitting. Oh well...

Two beautiful weeks. When we arrived the sliding door was not locked. Latch won’t move. The washer makes a very loud noise when spinning, don’t think it’s supposed to do that and it only fills up with hot water. None of these things kept us from having a wonderful time.

We have stayed at other places before during our stays. Loved Hampton Place. Very clean, enjoyed the pools, and our condo was just recently renovated and it was beautiful. Will definitely go back there again!

Nice relaxing place! Could use some maintenance, some windows have a broken seal do they are foggy, some water damage on bathroom ceiling, and some scuffs on paint. Living room couch was not comfortable. Wish the freezer had an automatic ice maker.

Overall a beautiful place. Love the view and that the deck was always in the shade. There was a deer wondering around the courtyard on several days. A few things that could be improved - if it had been a cheaper rental I would not mention these items. The dishwasher was loud enough that we could not sit in the living room and talk while it was running. Likewise, the washing machine was so loud we had a neighbor comment about the noise. It would also be nice if the toilet paper were something better than the absolute cheapest paper you could find. If I’m spending $2700 for a week, you can spend more than 25 cents for a roll of toilet paper. The kitchen counter was sticky. Not a big deal, but during these covidian times it does raise concerns about whether the space is actually clear. All of that said, it was a nice condo in a well maintained development. It was a comfortable place to be.

This unit could use some refreshing. The blinds, especially in the bedroom but also in the Livingroom, are difficult to work. The dishwasher has rust inside and the racks are hard to pull out. I found the balcony furniture somewhat uncomfortable. I like your app. I appreciated the notice when the internet was down for a short period. Tuesday was clearly repair day which was good since one of the pool access keypads wasn't working before. Ditto with the sprayers on the hoses at the outdoor shower. We saw mold on the pool deck. The fan in the elevator wasn't working until Tuesday. I was surprised to see so many weeds in the beds. Trash under benches was there all week. The landscapers trimmed but didn't blow the trimmings and clippings off the sidewalks which was irritating when barefoot. These aren't major complaints but surprising things for one of your properties.

We found the unit shabby and the kitchen ill equipped. No pot large enough to cook pasta, Teflon skillets unusable due to peeling and scratched surfaces. Knives dull, many utensils broken or missing. No ice maker in the fridge. The balcony furniture legs were rusting and crumbling leaving little piles of debris behind. We also didn't appreciate the 8am to 5pm hammering and drilling noise occuring daily from one of the units. We love Hampton Place and have vacationed here frequently in the past. This unit is a beautiful location in a lovely complex and deserves better than the current neglect by it's owners. We will be back, but never to this unit.
