4304 Windsor Court North is a one bedroom, two bath villa in the renowned community of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort on Hilton Head Island. This villa comfortably accommodates four guests and offers wonderful ocean views and amenities.

With new ownership, 4304 WCN is undergoing a transformation. The entire villa now has smooth ceilings and fresh paint throughout, as well as new furniture, mattress, appliances, 75” tv, blackout drapery and more!

Ocean waters can be seen immediately upon entry! To the hall bath which includes a walk in corner shower offers convenience and privacy for guests. From there, the open floor plan allows for incredible views from all angles. The fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar has been upgraded with new lighting, stainless steel kitchen appliances and washer and dryer.

Moving into the unit past the dining table & lighting, guests will enter the living area with all new decor including a 75” TV, ceiling fan and queen sleeper sofa. The large window allows guest to enjoy the beautiful lagoon, pool and ocean views. The sliding door opens to the ocean oriented private balcony with new outdoor dining table and chairs.

The bedroom suite is a luxurious retreat with newly installed LVP flooring, ceiling fan, mattress, tv and furnishings! Guests have access the ocean front balcony through the large sliding door. The suite has a private bathroom complete with walk-in close, vanity, walk in shower and jacuzzi style tub.

A great feature of staying at Windsor Court North is that you have access to the large pool, lounge chairs, kiddie pool, hot tub, playground, and grilling area. Most importantly, you have the boardwalk to the beach just steps from your condo to make going from beach to pool to condo to beach (or whatever order you choose), easy as can be!
