This gorgeous unit is situated on the 4th hole of the Troon International 18-Hole Championship Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course, within the gates of the world-class oceanfront Five Star Resort - Reserva Conchal. This unique community is home to the Westin and the brand new W Hotel. The condo offers magnificent OCEAN and SUNSET views from every room and deck.

Guests are entitled to use all the amenities of the luxurious and very elegant five star 'residents only' Private Beach Club, also professionally managed by Troon International, with a gourmet restaurant, pools, and beach access. Included with the access to the beach is a remodeled workout room, free SUP, Sea Kayak, and bike rentals.
The rental also includes complete concierge services. Other amenities in addition to the ones listed below are: Approximately a 2-mile stretch of an incredible white sand turquoise/blue water beach, a FREE 'at your service' shuttle (5-10 min drive to beach club from condo) to take you throughout the Resort. Free wifi at the unit and at the Beach Club

This Lush and Tropical 2300-Acre Resort includes Hiking Trails where you will often see Howler Monkeys, Pizotes, Exotic/Colorful Birds, Iguanas, etc.

Westin Hotel: is an all-inclusive hotel separate from Reserva Conchal. Renters can go to the souvenir area, but not their pools. There is an all-inclusive pass renters can purchase if Westin occupancy is less than 80%.
Westin restaurants are usually available with prior reservation, but reservations need to be done each day from 8am to 4pm.

W hotel: bar and restaurants available. Reservations are required for dinner.
The pools are only for the guests of that hotel. The blue zone pool can be used by purchasing a day pass (subject to availability).

This property was perfectly located but needed upgrading and kitchen was infested with ants by the kitchen window every day. Photos were deceiving - online pics did not reflect the real setting and decor.

The condo was cozy and had everything we needed! The unit is close to the pool and is just off one of the holes on the golf course. Great views and you can see the ocean and hear the waves crashing at night. We highly recommend!

An awesome place to stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the condo! The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The overall vibe of the place was peaceful and inviting, which we really appreciated.While the clubhouse and beach were a bit farther than we expected, we still had a great time and felt content by the end of our stay. There were a few hiccups with communication at the Westin Hotel, and some of the hotel staff came off as a bit rude and not very communicative, which was a little disappointing.On the bright side, the property managers were kind and willing to help whenever we needed. That said, the communication system could use a bit of improvement—receiving multiple group chats with different sets of instructions created some confusion among our group.We absolutely loved the beach club—the atmosphere, service, and especially the food were all outstanding. Despite the minor issues, we had a wonderful experience and are definitely planning to come back!

Family vacation

My family and I stayed here for five nights over our spring break. The villa was spacious and beautiful. The location of the feller was close to the entrance of the resort which is convenient when heading out for excursions or visiting nearby towns. It is about a 10 minute drive down to the beach club. The beach was beautiful and the pool was nice. The only complaint we would have is that they need a few more lounge chairs around the pool for the amount of people that were there. We couldn’t find chairs right away when we got there, but our staff member helped us locate one and move it down by us so that we could at least have two for our family to share. Overall, we loved our stay and the people of Costa Rica. We would love to come back and visit in the future.

Wonderful condo

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great space for my husband and I, our two kids, and my mom. Loved being in Reserva Conchal and the amenities, especially the beach club, pools, and gym. The condo pool was nice and quiet too. I was surprised that there were no basic spices or condiments such as salt and pepper or cooking spray in the condo. Thankfully there were leftover coffee filters or we would have had to buy those. The PM company was great with their communication leading up to check-in but then when we messaged them afterwards they never replied. Even though they said to reach out if we had any questions. All in all, it was a good experience.

Brian and Kathleen were highly communicative during our stay. The pictures of their place do not do it justice; their condo is beautiful and well-maintained! I would highly recommend their place, as we had a wonderful stay.

Great Holiday Getaway🙌

We loved our stay here, it was a beautiful location easily accessible from both San Jose and Liberia where our family joined from. Spacious and clean as well as very-well equipped, we enjoyed the condo and will return again! Service was responsive when we needed it. The beach and club facilities are stellar, we enjoyed the diverse activities such as golf, hikes, beach time, catamaran sailing ⛵️gym, spa and great restaurants - something for everyone!

Very spacious for our family of four, well appointed and great location and pool. Entire reserve complex very clean with extremely courteous and attentive staff. Conchal beach amazing as is flamingo beach. Don’t miss Coco Loco for a meal (or two) and sunset.

Great location with great support

Our stay at Reserva Conchal was a great experience for our family. We were met by Alonso, who was very communicative and helpful. Once in the condo, there was enough documentation to help us understand how the beach facilities worked. The drive to the beach resort (which is shared among the owners) is about 10 minutes and there is access to the amenities like the pools (which the kids loved), kayaks, boogie boards, and towels. I probably asked Alonso too many questions, but he was very patient and responsive and gave some great recommendations. It is a very lovely place. We did go to the condominium pool which we noticed was not kept very clean and had iguana guano (I think) in it and overall the water was pretty dirty, so we opted for the pool down by the beach.

Spring Break

It was a favorite vacation by all. The condo was clean, and great size with all amenities for cooking and laundry. We enjoyed the beach club! It was amazing to use the paddle boards, kayak at the beach, the pool, plus the gym and the restaurant. The restaurant was affordable. We rented a golf cart to get back and forth from the condo. We were a little disappointed that we were unable to use the restaurants at the W or Westin due to high occupancy and we didn't know until we arrived. The concierge service was super helpful!

We had a great time staying here. The condo was big enough for the six of us. Having access to the beach club was a huge plus. Host was very responsive and all minor issues were handled right away. I highly recommend staying here.

3rd time in Costa Rica. And it gets better every time. Playa conchal is a beautiful blue clear water beach that is not crowded. The reserva conchal beach club is awesome as well as our stay in the condo. Clean and has everything you need. Close enough to Tamarindo to visit but far enough from the crowds. We will be back.

Highly recommend

We loved staying at Reserva Conchal. The property grounds are beautiful. The condo was spacious and clean. We rented a car during our stay and highly recommend renting a car. It was helpful because we could go to the Beach Club whenever we wanted and didn’t have to wait for a shuttle. I enjoyed my massages by the beach. The food at the Beach Club was good. The pool at the condo was nice and never crowded. Our family would stay at this place again when we return to Costa Rica.

Nice getaway!

Condo has plenty of space for our group of 4. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Nice view to the side of ocean and golf course. Complex is quiet. Must take shuttle or drive to beach club…about a 10 min drive. Beach club is worth it…nice beach, pool and restaurant.

Great property and condo, once you can find it.

Awesome place once you actually find it. I was also under the impression that the condo was at or next to The Beach Club. All the communications, pictures and location sent to me prior had me believing it was at the beach club, definitely not the case. Need to be more specific about the location, especially when trying to locate the unit. Need to instruct people to go to the exact building it's located in, not just say "Bougainvillea". Other than that I love it and loved the entire property, golf course, etc. I would definitely stay there again.
