Located right in the heart of Kinsale, this beautifully refurbished six-bedroom home puts the town quite literally on your doorstep. The nearest pub is just seconds away, the marina is a short stroll, and some of Ireland’s best restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Sleeping up to 16 guests across three floors, The Town House is ideal for golf groups and anyone planning to spend their days exploring and their evenings enjoying Kinsale without the need for taxis or planning ahead.

Inside, the house offers comfortable, well-designed spaces for relaxing and socialising, while outside, the town itself becomes part of your stay.

The Town House is designed for relaxed, easy group stays with everything set up to make time together feel effortless.

The open-plan living and dining space is bright and comfortable, with plenty of sofas and armchairs where your group can unwind after a day exploring Kinsale or the surrounding coastline.

The kitchen is fully equipped for group stays, with everything you need to cook for family and friends, plus additional dining and breakfast bar seating that keeps the space social while meals are being prepared.

But what really defines the experience here is what’s outside the front door.

Unlike countryside properties, where everything revolves around the house itself, The Town House gives you instant access to Kinsale’s atmosphere, making dining out, drinks, and spontaneous plans part of everyday life.

It’s particularly well suited to groups who are out during the day – whether that’s on the golf course or exploring the coastline – and want somewhere central and comfortable to return to in the evening.



We allow hen and stag weekends , but this must be disclosed on booking

Please enter the correct amount of guests staying when booking , so that adequate beds, bed linen, towels are left out for all guests, the cost of the property is based on how many guests are staying and this is checked at check in to make sure it’s correct at all our properties.
Anyone found having extra guests on the grounds of the property will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be given.
Day guests are charged at the same price as guests staying the night.

This properties check in and check out times are better than nearly every other property in Kinsale.

You must be 23 years of age or older to hire this property, which will be checked on arrival if need be.

The entire house is yours , no one else will be sharing it with you.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED OF ANY KIND

Outside the house there is free parking along the street all day.

The whole property is for your use, 2200 Sq ft.

There are 4 bathrooms, 2 on each of the upper levels.
There are 3 toilets in the property, 1 bathroom doesn’t have a toilet, it’s a shower room with
a sink.

The kitchen includes a built in microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and 2 Tassimo coffee machines.

There is a dining table and kitchen island seating area.

Lounge with 4 large sofas and flat screen tv with over 100 tv channels.

If you need a caterer to come in and cook or bring you breakfast , lunch or dinner then please ask for details.

All guests are advised to take out travel insurance , incase you need to cancel your booking for unseen reasons , or if some guests pull out and do not want to stay , or for damages done at the property during your stay , this is optional of course and is down to the person making the booking.

It’s a minimum 3 night stay over the Christmas / New year festive season.

Where early check in is available we charge €50 per hour.

There is a refundable damage deposit to pay of €450 , 1 week before arrival
