Shady Rock 2-Lakefront-Flat Walk to Water!

Enjoy the easy access to the water at this Lakefront, all one level, 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home.
Whether you like fishing, swimming, or walking along the shore, you will love this location. Please note that there is no dock available.

Master bedroom has a King bed.
2nd and 3rd Bedrooms have Queen size beds.
4th Bedroom has 2 Trundle Twin size Beds, perfect for kids or guests.

The great room opens to a large deck that spans the back of the house, offering a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The backyard is private and wooded, and only 50 feet from the water's edge. You might even spot some wildlife so bring your camera for wildlife pictures!

The carport and the circular concrete driveway provide plenty of parking space for your vehicles.

The Lost Bridge Village Recreation Center is just two homes away from this one and has a lakefront Community Swimming Pool open from Memorial Day till Labor Day. There is a charge of $5 per person per day. There is also a free playground for the kids, pickleball court, basketball court, and a lakefront picnic area with grills.

Lost Bridge Village sprawls over several areas around Beaver Lake including Whitney Mountain, which is the highest point over Beaver Lake. No fireworks allowed.

The lake community is very quiet and mostly wooded with lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery. Most roads are paved. No hunting is allowed. There are full time and part time residents that appreciate you respecting the covenants and their privacy during your stay.

Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield.

Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.

This house has a very nice layout the worked well for two families with small children. It is located near the community pool and playground but not so close that noise and traffic are an issue.

On the water!

We have been staying at the Lost Bridge Area for years. This home was next to the water and had a great deck and view.. Beds were comfortable, and the AC cold. There is no wifi but that was a blessing except for popping in on work.. We will be staying here again for sure... A++++ property. The host were nice, and very helpful if we had a question.

Not worth the money

First off it is not located where google says it is and the owners know this and admitted to having numerous people say that. Then they give you a map when you do find the office to check in and its wrong it has you going the opposite direction so taking the extra thirty mins or more to find a place to open a box for a envelope that has the keys to the place is RIDICULOUS. Then the place itself does not really look like the photos. So now we are at the place watch going in and out of kitchen to the other rooms they have a brick area that has a wood burning or gas stove on (we kept a pillow over it) the whole time we were there. There are NO tvs in any of the bedrooms. So if you wanted to relax and watch tv your out of luck unless you want to do that in living room. Oh and theres no wifi. Now about the step going out the garage door beware it is a drop off and a climb to get back up it. This place wont even let you fish off the boat dock. For the money it cost us to stay we wouldve been better off at a hotel. We wont ever rent from VRBO again this is the second time we have wasted our money on what shouldve been a very special time celebrating a 91st Birthday for a friend that was with us. I would suggest look for another place or another rental. Seriously!!!

Comfy Lakefront Cottage

Nine of our family members stayed in this sweet and comfy cabin for 6 nights. Unlike many cabins, with a group our size, no one had to sleep on a sleeper sofa; that everyone had a bed was a huge plus, especially after a long day of play on the lake. The cabin is clean, the kitchen well-equipped and the master bathroom shower appears to be recently updated. We did miss having internet service. As the cabin does not offer WIFI (which we knew in advance) -- our plan was to rely on cellular service. Unfortunately, this didn't work out as most of our group have cell service with AT&T, which offered very poor reception. Our one Verizon user, on the other hand, lucked out as he had 5 bars. On behalf of my family, all of who count themselves lucky to have called this cottage home for the last 6 days, we extend our thanks to the owners and to Beaver Lake Vacation Rentals.

It was a perfect location with wildlife❤

We were disappointed we couldn't use the dock to fish. It was a very clean, modified trailer. The driveway was level, not crazy steep❤ Watching the deer and wild life was the best part

Close to the water

We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it for others. They need to review their instructions to the location from the leasing office, but that did not affect our stay. Lots of good instructions and close to activities.

Great experience

We stayed for 3 nights, 2 couples and 3 kids. Great bedroom for the kiddos. Everything was very clean. Wonderful mini vacation...can’t wait to go back next year!

Perfect Lake Access, Clean and Spacious

We really enjoyed our time here. The house was very clean with ample room for the six of us. Our favorite thing was the swim dock. Perfect to sit and take in the view or jump in for a swim. We would definitely stay here again!

Older home but in good condition

Great deck on back and enjoyed walking down to water. Beds comfortable, kitchen adequate. We had 12 in our group, 6 children, 6 adults and we had enough room. Kids had a great time!
