We rent you our house composed of 2 apartments (a villa of 125 M2 and a guest house of 45 M2) which benefits from a modern decor with simple but complete comfort, a breathtaking view of nature, a rare tranquility, without any opposite or any noise; the house is surrounded by olive trees and a forest of holm oaks, no nuisance nearby and guaranteed sunshine from sunrise to sunset thanks to a Plein Sud exposure. The property also offers a barbecue area, boules, M olkky, and badminton courts next to the swimming pool to fully enjoy your long summer days!
The starry nights are just as wonderful, you can even explore the sky with a telescope!
The house is very well located: at the crossroads of hiking trails, near the woods and the running and trail trails, you will have the choice to escape directly to the river, the hill or the Valensole plateau, the everything being accessible directly on foot or by road bike and mountain bike. A paragliding site is 3 minutes by car and gives you a breathtaking view of the Durance valley. You can of course walk with the family around the house even with small children, and in complete safety. Two lakes, one reserved for swimming and the other for fishing, are 2 minutes by car; the Gorges du Verdon and the marvelous Lac de Ste Croix can be reached in just 30 minutes, the lavender fields of the Valensole plateau are 10 minutes from the house (see mid July), then the famous Forcalquier market is barely 15 km. The motorway 5 minutes from the house can take you to the sea or to the mountains in just 1 hour; you will have the pleasure of visiting the Mediterranean coast or the Ubaye Valley (Barcelonnette) renowned for its rafting descents, the Mercantour Park for high and medium mountain hikes ... and many other places and things to do that I could not name here ... We are renting our house composed of 2 housings (a villa of 125 M2 and one little house of 45 M2) offering a simple but essential and modern comfort in a wonderful, quite and not overlooked enviroment.

The house is surrounded by olive and oak trees with no visual and noice nuisance. Sun and warmth are garanteed throughout the day thanks to the house exposure to south. You will have the chance to use a barbecue, have access to a Petanque court, Molkky games and badminton court and equipment close to the swimming pool so as to fully enjoy your long summer days!

You will also have access to a small telescop that will enable you enjoy watching marvelous clear starry nights.

The house is very well located at the junction of hicking trails, close to woods offering access to various paths ideal for jogging. You will have the choice to get away directly down to the river or to the top of the hill or the Plateau of Valensole by car, bicyle or by foot.

There is a paragliding site only 3 minutes away from the house with breathtaking view over the Durance Valley.

You can also take a walk around the house with your little ones in full safety.

There are two lacks situated only 2 mins away from the house, one for fishing and another for swimming. The Gorges du Verdon and the wonderful Lack of Saint Croix are accessible by car in only 30 mins. Lavander fields (worth seeing in July) and the Valensole Plateau being situated on the way to the Lack only 10 mins away from home.

Forcalquier and its famous “marché” (local market) is located at a distance of 15 kms. The High Speed Road (5 mins from home) will take you down to the Mediterannen Coast or to Ubaye Valley (Barcelonnette), famous for its rafting descents, the Mercantour National Park and its long hicking excursions, and to many other places worth seeing and things worth to do in the region on which I will be pleased to advise you.
