Private Pool and Sea view

Position
It is difficult to find an elegant villa with private swimming pool, hidden and surrounded by greenery, with a magnificent panorama which dominates the entire Sorrentine peninsula and the Bay of Naples. The villa has a good position since it's only approx. 7 km from Sorrento and 1 km from Sant'Agata, a pretty village both traditional and at the same time modern with all facilities such as "Don Alfonso" one of the most popular restaurants in Europe. It is well to remember that famous writers, musicians and poets have all sojourned in Sant'Agata attracted by the many enchanting views that one can admire, by the countryside and by the salubrious air which one can breathe. In about 15 minutes by car or bus you can reach the sea where you will find enchanting pebble beaches, both free and with private bathing establishments, plus restaurants where you will be able to taste fresh fish dishes and local specialities. For those not using a car the bus stop is just 50 metres away. The railway station and port are about 5 km away and, from the latter hydrofoils for Naples, Ischia, Procida and the enchanting island of Capri (where it is easy to meet Italian and foreign VIPs) leave frequently.

The property of 300 sq. metres has a private gateway where you can park your car uphill. You reach the 1.000 sq. m. garden which surrounds the villa and ample terraces with sea view (400 sq. metres) equipped with rattan tables where you will be able to take your meals in the open air and sunbeds.

Going up a few steps you reach the private sea-view swimming pool, a bar with minifridge, ice machine and changing room with shower (towels provided).

On the ground floor is the main entrance of the villa with spacious living room having sofas, fireplace, SAT TV, Bose system (Home theatre), WI-FI; on the left is the dining room and kitched fitted with oven, toaster, American coffee machine, kettle, Espresso coffee machine, microwave, fridge with freezer. Toilet. SPA with steam room, bathroom with shower, whilrpool and access to sea-view terrace. Laudry area with another toilet. Double bedroom.

On the upper level you find the night area composed of: 1 double bedroom having private sea-view terrace, private bathroom with shower, SAT TV and garden; a twin bedroom with private sea-view terrace, private bathroom with shower and SAT TV; double bedroom with private sea-view terrace, private bathroom with shower and SAT TV; another double bedroom with access to the solarium and private sea-view swimming pool, private bathroom with shower and SAT TV (wheelchair-access ramp).
