Peaceful boathouse located in a water activity-rich area

The villa is located in Stavoren and offers you the perfect holiday with both relaxing and adrenaline kicking activities. It is perfect for families as well as couples that want to get away and enjoy the authenticity of Friesland.

Stavoren being the oldest village of the 'elf steden tocht' offers you a wide range of water activities such as sailing, renting boats or going for a swim. Besides, you can enjoy the tranquility the village has to offer by renting bikes or take the car and drive through the endless green fields that will surround you.

With a rich sailing and boating environment, you can easily spot boats everywhere. Stavoren has multiple marinas where boats can be seen. From the house, you can also enjoy the boats coming by to enter the lock to the 'Ijsselmeer' where they will set sail to the horizon!

The boathouse is built in such a way, that you can enjoy the sun all throughout the day. The terraces are built on the northwest and the southeast side. This means you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner while sitting in the sun.
Furthermore, after accessing the house by stairs, there is a wide living room available to relax, play board games, or watch television.

The first floor offers four bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with one single bed. To refresh yourself there are two spacious bathrooms with both a shower, bath and a toilet.

If you wish to berth your boat next to the house, an additional €1,75 per ft. per night will be added to your stay. The maximum length to berth is 10 feet.

Finally, there is spacious free parking spot in front of the house.
