Newly renovated 130m2 apartment with private pool and great sea view. Apartment position is on the first floor of beautiful situated villa in the vicinity of the paradise beaches. It can accommodate up to 8 persons in 3 bedrooms with two cozy bathrooms.
Bedroom no.1 with 160x200 bed, baby cot and balcony.
Bedroom no.2 with 160x200 bed, tv and balcony.
Bedroom no.3 with bunk bed (90x200), double bed (160x200) and balcony.
2 family bathrooms with showers and washing machine.
Fully equipped kitchen with dining table suitable for 8 people is connected with terrace and pool area.
This apartment provide great privacy and heated pool is in use just for you.
Owners live on the ground floor so they can be there for you in the case of any need or just to show you great Croatian hospitality with maximum respect of your privacy.
You have exclusive access to the pool which has absolutely breathtaking sea view. Also there is a BBQ on big terrace where you will be able to enjoy summer nights with your family and friends. We secured 2 parking spaces for you, on the property.

Fabulous apartment with an amazing view

Great location with a fabulous view. Ana Marija and her husband were incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool is great , accommodation is spacious and all in all a very relaxing holiday.

Wonderful summer vacation in Ana Marija's apartment

We really enjoyed our time in Ana Marija's apartment. The private pool was a highlight, the surroundings were beautiful. The hospitality of Ana Marija and her husband was incredibly great. We can recommend this accommodation at any time. Gladly again at any time.

Wonderful property, owners and area

We had an amazing holiday in Stanici. The owners Ana and Drazenko were attentive and very welcoming, they gifted us with wine, fruits and soft drinks on arrival and checked in throughout our stay to ensure we were enjoying our holiday. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, it has easy access to all local amenities and the views are superb! We will return one day!

Absolutely fantastic property and hosts

The property is of a very high standard. Three good size bedrooms, each with balconies and ceiling fans. Spacious living areas with air conditioning and a fabulous private pool with great views.Ana Marija and her family couldn't have been better hosts. Super helpful with any queries on the local area and great communication before we arrived at the property too. There was water, beer, wine, a large bowl of fruit and a selection of biscuits on arrival, and Ana Marija also supplied us with home-made cakes and very kindly prepared an evening meal for us. I've never experienced such warm hospitality at any other property.I would highly recommend this property for anyone considering the area.

We had a wonderful week at this fabulous apartment. Ana and her husband Drago were so friendly, always on hand to offer advice and help book activities whenever we asked them. Nothing was too much trouble.The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The outside space was amazing with a beautiful pool, and the views were simply stunning. Stanići village had 3 lovely restaurants, all walking distance and the beach was beautiful. The only tiny negative was the steepness of the hill to and from the village/beach. Manageable but hard work in the heat, if nothing else it made you appreciate the pool when you got back to the apartment!

Lovely owners and pool

Pool was lovely as was owner. They couldn’t have been more helpful, helping us organise trips and giving us information. The place was well equipped and very clean. There was a big hill to the beach and I think the description of the surrounding area could have been better in the original listing but it was a great holiday. We’d recommend this apartment.

Clean place in a lovely town

Omis is a delightful and beautiful town. The apartment is located up a steep hill which provides for a view from the terrace. The place was very clean. The owners were kind enough to leave us with a bunch of fresh fruit, some champagne and beer. We were also surprised by some lovely homemade cake while we were there. The terrace and pool make the place. The place met our needs well. There is new construction going on next to the house. This is not a problem except there was quite a bit of daytime noise a day or two from heavy equipment. Fortunately, we were out for a good amount of those days.

You’ll love this stay

Beautiful place for a summer vacation. We went there with our children (4y and 1y) and all 4 grandparents. For us was the perfect location: enough space for everyone, clean and cozy, kitchen well equipped, amazing pool, breathtaking view. The apartment looks even better than the picture and we found there everything needed. The location is close to Omis and we enjoyed the sandy beach, the restaurants and the beautiful surroundings. Also there are nice and quiet beaches just a few minutes walk away. The market both for groceries and fruits are close. Anamarija and Drazenko were really nice surprising us with fresh fruit, very good homemade wine and olive oil and they were available and responsive to all our needs. They also helped us with food ordering from the restaurant where their daughter works (very delicious food), making it very easy for us. We spent 1 amazing week and we definitely recommend this place and for sure we’ll come back. Thank you!

Never had a better experience

The home is amazing with that awesome pool. It was close to 100° everyday and we spent some real time in that pool. Beds are comfortable with beautiful views out every window. The kitchen and bathroom necessities were there with a welcome bottle of champagne and some fruits. Amazing. The real deal is that the hosts are wonderful!! 10 stars if I could. We felt so welcome. We had a couple of visiting sessions with them, and they are fantastic people. I normally don't like to stay in priorities with owners on site, but all the reviews have been great about them and I know why. Don't think twice. Stay here. I am so glad I made the choice of a small town. Anamaria even hooked us up with reservations at the best restaurant in town with her connections she has. We just might come back every year. I can't say enough about them.

Fabulous place, highly recommended!

What an amazing view from the balconies and the pool of this property! Stunning! The place was spotlessly clean and AnnaMarie could not have been more helpful in all our interactions. She was extremely helpful, friendly and went over and above to ensure our stay was perfect. There was beer left in the fridge, wine on the table and little cakes for us too! What a lovely touch! Our host was also knowledgeable and helpful about the area and what/where to visit. The property is ideal for families or friends and is exactly as shown on the photos. The only downside...… which was not a real issue for us.... is the steep road leading up to the villa. Myself and my husband walked it a couple of times, 10mins down to the main road and 15mins back up! Great exercise though! Placed in easy reach of Omis, Makarska and Split and wonderful views of Brac. We didn't get to Dubrovnik but with a car it only takes a couple of hours. Would highly recommend without hesitation, you will not be disappointed.

The hosts, the house and the place are a Dream

Ana and Drazenko are the most thoughtful, gracious hosts. They provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The apartment is just perfect! When we arrived the place was very clean and has everything you need. For instance, the Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The pool is beautiful and it has a whirlpool corner side which very enjoyable. The house is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to an awesome beach and restaurants. Ana and Drazenko also helped me planing a surprise for our 17th year marriage anniversary. They gave me an excellent restaurant recommendation and helped me book a romantic boat trip. They went way beyond to make our special day comfortable and memorable. They are a great hosts and are there when you need them. Also, the son and daughter from them are very kind, selfless, and considerate. Overall, the communication was super easy and quick. The neighborhood is very friendly and it is very quiet! I️ would 100% recommend a stay here!

Die Ferienwohnung war super, mit eigenem Pool. Keiner konnte uns sehen auf dem Balkon, wo auch der Pool war. Die Gastgeber, die im Erdgeschoss wohnen, waren super nett, hilfsbereit und haben unseren Urlaub zu einem unvergessenen Urlaub gemacht.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es war sehr sauber, wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Immer wieder gerne

Wie schon bei den anderen zu lesen, wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Es fehlte uns an nichts und ich bzw wir alle, können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder in diese Wohnung zu diesen herzlichen Gastgebern. Zur Wohnung selber, auch hier gibt es null zu beanstanden. Wir waren 10 Tage dort, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Danke für die schöne Zeit

Voyage en famille

L’appartement est très grand. Nous étions 7 et pas du tout à l’étroit. Cependant pour y accéder il y a une pente vraiment très raide. La plage a 10 min à pieds est impossible avec une poussette ou en fauteuil car l’appartement est au dessus d’une colline. Les hôtes sont très sympa. Ils nous ont organisé un tour en bateau avec un ami pour une journée incroyable.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir hatten als Familie eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet und entspricht absolut der Beschreibung im Inserat. Insbesondere auf den Pool haben wir uns gefreut und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Traumwohnung in Dalmatien

Wir hatten wunderbare zwei Wochen in dieser traumhaften Ferienwohnung. Das Inserat und die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität. Angefangen bei der Lage mit tollem Blick, abseits der Hauptstraße und trotzdem fußläufig zum Strand und Supermarkt. Die Gastgeber wohnen im gleichen Objekt und haben uns einen tollen Empfang bereitet. Der Kühlschrank war gut gefüllt und zusätzlich gab es gute Tips. Sie waren jederzeit ansprechbar, allerdings gab es keine Probleme. Die Wohnung selber ist geräumig, sehr sauber und hat eine tolle Terrasse mit Pool und Grill. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und auch sonst enthält die Wohnung viele nützliche Dinge, die man nicht mitbringen muss. Die Lage in der Nähe von Omíš ist sehr gut, Split, Makarska oder Biokovo Park sind alle sehr gut erreichbar. Kurzum, wir können die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen!

Best holiday ever!

The Jonjic Villa was a real find. The villa and its location was just perfect. Beautiful beach just a 10min walk away with crystal clear water perfect for snorkelling. The walk back up is a little steep in places but we did it daily without any problem. Lovely restaurant at the beach which opened the weekend after we arrived. The town of Omis is well worth a visit. Lots of restaurants and little shops and the climb up to the Mirabella well worth it for the views. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed. Swimming pool got lots of use. What really helped make our holiday so enjoyable was Ana Maria and Drazenko. There are such lovely people and couldn't do enough for us. Drazenko collected us from the airport and was available anytime we needed to go anywhere. Definitely no need to hire a car. Genuinely couldn't fault anything and look forward to going back again.

Amazing hosts and great accommodation with spectacular view

Ana and her family were absolutely wonderful hosts and I would highly recommend anyone stay here! Great to communicate with in advance of the trip and they helped us arrange transport to the accommodation as we arrived late into Split. Ana's husband was also kind enough to offer a shuttle service for us into Omis town nearby when we needed provisions which was very convenient. The property was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our 2 weeks stay. The pool was gorgeous and the view from the balconies spectacular. Ana's hospitality was incredible, she shared some local food delicacies with us unique to the region and also gave us some delicious cake - we felt very spoilt! Her husband, son and daughter was also super lovely and all very helpful during our stay. Thank you for making our holiday such a wonderful one Ana & family!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten vom Anfang bis zum Ende eine wunderschöne Zeit in Stanici. Ana-Marija und Drazenko haben einen Großteil dazu beigetragen. Die Wohnung liegt ein wenig oberhalb, hat einen tollen Ausblick und ist komplett wie beschrieben (und noch mehr!!!) ausgestattet. Selbst an meinem Geburtstag hat Ana-Marija noch kurzerhand einen Kuchen hervorgezaubert. Nochmal ein großes Dankeschön dafür und für die tolle unbeschwerte Zeit, die wir dort verbringen durften. Stanici ist ein kleiner Ort und ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub.

A fantastic week in Croatia

We, two families from Sweden, visited Croatia in june. We had a fantastic vacation in beatiful Omis/Stanici. Landed in Split and with rental cars we drove down to Stanici. The hosts welcomed us and showed us around. The newly renovated appartment was Amazing with Lovely rooms and with a large porch with a nice private pool. We had full access to the big garage for our two cars. The appartment is privatly located on the hillside with an Amazing wiew over the sea. Walking distance to the nice Stanici beach. A calm beach with a small restaurant. Stanici offers a small supermarket and a couple of nice resturants with good food. Omis is located a short drive from Stanici an offers shopping and many restaurants. A small Town that offers all you need. Be sure to try The Omis Zipline adventure. An exiting activity high above the ground. Experienced staff guides you on the Zips. We want too give extra credits to the hosts of the appartment, who was so nice and helpfull.
