THREE villas for rent all located on a single garden by the sea
We would be happy to offer our guests a relaxing holiday between the sea and the lawn.
The large plot of land on which these three villas are located is approximately 10,000 square meters and borders a splendid sandy beach. There are also three individual and independent housing units, each villa is suitably fenced and separated from the others and this allows absolute privacy.
Around each Villa there is a large and well-kept green lawn equipped with games for children, deck chairs, umbrellas and outdoor showers. In one villa (Chalet) you will also find a small swimming pool suitable for both children and adults of around (6 by 6 meters, h. 1 and 60 cm) for the exclusive use of that single home and it is not possible to share with the other two villas.
In front of each villa you will find a large veranda that allows the consumption of all meals even outside to remain immersed in the green of nature and this wonderful corner of paradise and an organized corner for your barbecues
In all three villas you will find in each of them:
Three double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds, two bathrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen.
The prices of each villa vary according to the period and the number of people.
In order to visit the surrounding area I recommend a means of transport. These three villas are characteristic for their position, in addition to being close to the sea, they are 5 km from Avola, a small town of about 35,000 inhabitants famous for the production of almonds, oranges and lemons in addition to Nero D'Avola which is a very fine wine "; 7km from Noto, a small very ancient town rich in monuments because it dates back to ancient times and is famous for the Baroque which attracts many tourists; 30 km from Syracuse which is its province; 25 km from Portopalo di Capo Passero the southernmost tip of Sicily; 8 km. from the chenion of Cava Grande degli Iblei which is an ancient nature reserve well known for its lakes and waterfalls, still about 20 km from the Vendicari reserve overlooking the sea before Portopalo di Capo Passero famous for the migration of pink flamingos. Then if you move on the 100 km we find Etna an ancient volcano still active with all the various surrounding villages typical in the province of Catania.
