This lovely three bedroom home has everything you'll need to enjoy your stay in beautiful Temecula Wine Country. Schedule a horse drawn carriage ride or a hot air balloon adventure. Visit the petting zoo & gourmet chocolatier. Walk through the vineyards to several local wineries, or spend time sipping wine with your friends at the cottage, set on five acres, with gorgeous views of area vineyards and other beautiful foliage. Pick seasonal fruit from our trees, enjoy a dip in the spa, or take a stroll around our beautiful neighborhood. In the immediate area, you will find access to hot air balloon rides, horse drawn carriage winery transport, horseback riding, and even a petting zoo featuring miniature animals.

Out of respect of our neighbors and in accordance with our Good Neighbor Policy and the Wine Country Noise Ordinance, we do not permit parties, large gatherings, or amplified music at the property. We observe outdoor quiet hours from 9:30PM until 8:00AM, and all outdoor conversations and other noise must be at a low volume during these hours. Yelling/shouting, excessively loud conversations, and amplified music are prohibited. The maximum permitted noise decibel is 45 during daytime hours and 25 during designated quiet hours. This property utilizes noise sensors to monitor decibel level and to ensure the guest count matches the reservation.

Guests not included on the reservation are not permitted at the property, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon in advance. We live very nearby, and any unapproved parties or events are made known to us very quickly. Violation of these policies will result in termination of the rental agreement, and guests may be asked to leave; no refunds will be issued in such cases. Fees will be assessed for any damages, excessive trash removal, confetti or cigarette butt collection, and/or extra cleaning or repairs.
