There is a beautiful front deck with deck furniture … This unit’s front door faces the side street, it is not near the Main Street that the address will show…

The house was spacious, clean & cozy! Love the neighborhood location... quiet & relaxing. Short walk to the beach , parks & bay with all types of fun activities nearby. Hostess was so welcoming when we chatted ahead of the stay and she was responsive to any questions. The decks on the main floor and off the master bedroom were really a great way to unwind. We have a family of 6 including grandma 3 boys ages16, 12 & 10. Everyone was comfy and the extra bathrooms with a full kitchen were a game changer from our usual motel stays at Wildwood Crest. Would recommend for family friendly shore vacations!

Location is great!

The location of this property is fantastic. There are lovely and quiet neighbors that appreciate quiet renters. The house itself is basic and likely could use some additional features/updates but Michele makes that very clear in all communication. This is a good rental for a small and quiet group- definitely not a party house.

Not even home and can't wait to go back

We loved our stay in Wildwood Crest. Location is perfect, walking distance to beach and bay. Plenty of room for our family of 5, plus 2 lil furbabies. Owner Michelle is easily reachable for issues. Can't wait to go back!

Loved our vacation!

It could have not been better. Location was perfect, size of house and amenities were perfect, neighborhood was so friendly, and Wildwood Crest is just right for our family. We will repeat this vacation next year.

All around good stay

Great location. Short walk to beach and bay. Spacious master bedroom, good size kitchen, all around comfortable. Owner is nice and neighbors are friendly. Pet friendly. Our dog was happy to not be left at home 😊

Short walk to the beach!

We had a wonderful time at The Crest! The weather was beautiful, great restaurants and friendly people. Michelle was easy to communicate with and very friendly.

Great getway

We loved our week in Wildwood Crest. our stay was better than expected. Close to the fun but not too close where it was overly crowded. The owner was friendly and easily contactable. We would definitely stay here again

We wanted a place for at least a month, and one that was pet friendly. The price was right also.

House was clean and location was perfect. Neighbors were very nice people and very friendly. The beds were not as comfortable as we would like, too small for two people if you’re used to a queen or larger. We had a good time, which is the most important thing. We’ve been coming to Wildwood Crest for a long time, so we know the town well. Very convient for the beach, breakfast and anything else you would need for vacation.

Great property

We stayed a week in August 2017 great and very spacious place. Nice size kitchen with everything you need coffee maker, toaster oven, stove and oven, charcoal grill. Clean place and very inviting. Close to the beach and also the bay. Property owner great to work with and also pet friendly. I would recomend to anybody.

STAY AWAY

Stayed here with family July 2-7. Not happy with cleanliness upon arrival, but tried to make most of it. Kitchen cabinets sticky, carpet "skeevy", did not want to walk barefoot, upstairs toilet ran constantly. When tank lid lifted to adjust, inside tank was brown and adjustment bar corroded. Toaster option on toaster oven did not work,VCR did not work, no grill( should have been replaced for use). $100.00 of deposit withheld, based on cleaning person's assessment that extra work was necessary. Is in her best interest to state extra work needs to be done. Stated coffee pot was left unclean, we washed carfe w soap and water after each use. Realized must be referring to base where pot sits, which was dirty when we got there, and when wiped with wet paper towel, came away brown. Mattress on bed in upstairs room at top of stairs uncomfortable and noisy. Owner stated to my son that she has never had to withhold a deposit, which is not true. Stated counters were "filthy", not true and peanut shells were left. In fairness, there may have been some that we missed cleaning up, but isn't vacuuming/sweeping what is expected of a cleaning service? Overall very disappointed in the accommodations! The property is up for sale, so my conclusion is the owner just does not care!

If you are on vacation to rest and sleep this is not the place.

We went on vacation the middle of August. When we got there the place smelled of mildew. She told me there was a leak in the middle room. She said the other renters didn't tell her how bad it was. Our vacation was interrupted by phone calls back and forth and restoration guys all day repairing the ceiling and carpet. I didn't mind helping out but asked to be compensated for the one day. Never did. She told us we can leave if we want to. We were happy to be down the shore. Where would we find another place on short notice? She also mentioned we didn't have to be there while the work was going on but our dogs and personal items were there. I was not comfortable doing that! I realize to no fought of the owner things do happen but you really need to make the renters happy. She did repair and did what she had to do as an owner. The only other thing were the beds were horrible to sleep on. Very uncomfortable. You go on vacation to rest and I and my family didn't get much rest on those beds. Other than that it was not bad. The place is in a nice area and close to the beach. The 2 porches were nice. I like the way the TV room and the dinningroom looked. Kitchen stove was not cleaned properly and carpets were stained. She was very easy to talk to at times. Responds to you right away. The place is large and will accommodate a family nicely. We enjoyed as always being down the shore.

EVERYTHING was great!

The condo is very nice and has plenty of room and everything you need for your stay! We had an amazing time! The beach was very close! We were able to take our dog to the beach after 6pm! The neighborhood was great and the people around us were very polite! We absolutely loved the beach, very clean and not over crowded! It was perfect! Can't wait to go back. The owner of the condo was also super nice, and was available to answer any questions we had. Honestly, the most fun vacation we had. There was so much fun stuff to do and everything was so close! Unforgettable memories!

Lovely summer vacation

Accommodations were just right to allow us to have plenty of personal space and privacy with easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Parents with 3 adult children were quite content, happy to dine in, or easily access area restaurants.

Rude house owner. shocking deposit deduction.

Wildwood Crest beach is nice, as always. Having your own parking was rather convenient, even though free street parking spots were abundant. WIth that said, new house rules and revelation of non-functional appliances came AFTER deposits and beyond the cancellation period. All of the beds need to be replaced asap. They made so much noise if was extremely difficult to fall asleep. Worst yet was the getting the deposit part. Owning a beach house allowed the owner to consider herself the Queen of England, and she had the impression that her house was the palace. Out of the blue, you got the message, "you left the house not in the condition as when you moved in." In fact, we left the house in over all cleaner conditions. House smelled and floor were wet and sticky at move-in. Kitchen utensils were not clean. Rugs were left wet in the washer. So for the "extra" cleaning service due to " your irresponsible" stay, outrageous amount of fee was deducted without any service cost proof. With this robbery-like charge, I really wish the coming renters not to break any furniture, some of which were on their last legs.

Not Worth It

Given the opportunity, I would NOT stay here again. The owner deducted $100 from our security deposit, claiming that it needed "extra cleaning" to vacuum up peanut shells from the rug , to clean the coffee pot (which was in worse condition when we arrived), to wipe off kitchen countertops, and to remove wet clothes from the washing machine-without providing documentation of extra expenses. Owner rudely stated "this is a home not a hotel" and thinks the house is a Palace when in reality it is a Dump-grill and VCR did not work and owner told me this After I Booked the place. I also had to spend time talking to owner and cable company via phone, in order to get cable working, when this should have been done by her prior to us arriving. Owner also had an issue with me purchasing trip insurance avalable through VRBO, telling me to cancel if I could not keep the reservation because "this is part of my income". We left a note informing of things not working and owner was not happy with this- all in all, owner does not focus on customer service and does not understand customer relations-she could benefit from maintaining her home better, without taking money from renters in a questionable manner. If you want to take a chance on losing money above for reasons beyond your control, then by all means this is your rental-otherwise, Steer Clear.

I take pride in keeping my property clean and well maintained ... My neighbors are wonderful people there are only four units in this Association ... The property faces a side street although the address is on a main street... If there are any issues while renting I have a handy man I can call who is very responsible...

I Love Wildwood Crest I traveled there for many years before I purchased this property... Cape May is nearby as well as the Boardwalk and water park... The beaches are Long, beautiful, and extremely clean... Most days after the lifeguards leave you can see Dolphins swimming in the ocean...

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I am fine with allowing small dogs(up to 35 pounds) to stay in my property ... There is a gate in the property if the dog would like to go on the deck...Pleasant People short walk to the Beach as well as the Bay makes this property well worth the stay ...
