Fantastic Ocean Front Condo on beautiful Seven Mile Beach. Quiet location removed from larger resorts down Seven Mile Beach. Includes full open kitchen floor plan with two bedrooms, two bath. Two flat screen tv's, WiFi Internet and Satellite TV, sand toys for kids and a Pack & Play. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and Georgetown. Masks, Snorkels, and Fins are in the unit for use with your rental as well.

Grocery Store located three blocks south towards Georgetown. There are shoppping bags in both closets. For your convenience a small clinic and pharmacy are located behind the complex on West Bay Road.

The condo was in a good location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself was very clean and exactly as described. Having all the beach gear was very useful. The only thing that a bit disappointing was the beach area in front of the condo was not really a place to sit and go in the water. We rented a car and had to drive to some beautiful beaches. We had a wonderful time here!

Wonderful stay on Grand Cayman. Perfect spot within the complex is right next to the pool. Easy in and out. Condo has everything you’d need. Grocery store (Kirk’s) is a 10-15 minute walk. Matt was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

This was a GREAT experience. Check-in was painless, and we could reliably park 20ft from the front door. In our 5-day/4-night stay, we cooked for ourselves for 2 nights, and this well-appointed kitchen made that a breeze. The coffeemaker is a standard programmable 14-cup carafe (not a pod device), so bring or buy ground coffee. We appreciated the 6 large swim towels beach toys (sandcastles anyone?) available, and the washer/dryer made it easy to dry towels and swimsuits nightly for comfortable next-day trips for snorkeling, fishing, swimming... The unit's pool is lovely. There are great restaurants nearby (including 2 pizza hotspots--i.e., easy-to-please family options) that are walkable.

The property has a mix of sandy and rocky (not much sandy) coastline.
There is a rocky reef alongside portions of this property's shoreline, making for amazing tidepools for kids (and adults) to explore marine life up close

Great Stay at Cayman Walkout

Comfortable, clean and not too fussy. Easy access to pool and beach. Great host provided information when hurricane threatened—turned out to be just a rainy day. Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome Location!!

The condo is within walking distance of great food and has great views. The pool is beautiful as was the snorkeling right off the beach! About 50 yards down the beach there is a sunken boat that is easy to swim too just teeming with life. It was a perfect stay!

Georgetown villa paradise

The communication with owner was great- we had a couple of issues that were taken care of immediately. The owner was very accommodating. The property was beautiful. The condo was perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuites. The kitchen had an excessive amount dinnerware, pots pans, bowls and all utensils I needed. We ate at the condo everyday. The BBQ area was fantastic- the snorkeling out front of the condo was great We really enjoyed The salt water pool-

Great beach access & snorkeling

Loved our stay at this property - third time for us at this condo development - first time at this condo. Perfect set up for family of four with 2 singles in one and master bedroom. We loved access to snorkeling and the pool was beautiful - access to grills was a bonus. Highly recommend!

Excellent property and location. Description of unit was spot on except no hot tub that was in the listing. No beach to speak of mostly iron shore but the snorkeling was excellent. Kitchen included every utensil and cookware you could ever need.

Definitely will be back again. One small suggestion through… some type of the dresser in master bedroom would be huge!! Other than that excellent!

Family Retreat

The location, property and grounds are first rate. The grocery is a few blocks and an easy walk. Note it is closed on Sunday. The fish market is a bit further. The condo is on the ground floor with a good view of the ocean. The pool and grill station are 50ft away.The kitchen had all the cookware we needed for several dinners and breakfast each morning. The beds are comfortable; the pool refreshing. The public bus stops at the complex's entrance and take you anywhere on 7 mile for 1.50. It was a perfect stay for our family of 4.

Wonderful Location and Unit

I have stayed in many units at George Town Villas. The location is excellent and close to many great spots. This unit was in great condition for the most part. A little wear and tear but nothing that interfered with the a very enjoyable stay. Bottom floor access was a huge plus.

Quick getaway

I will definitely be retuning and hopefully staying in this same condo! The room was so comfortably equipped with everything we needed!! The mattress was extremely comfortable! Condo is absolutely Amazing

We stayed for 10 days, Absolutely loved the location, Check in and out process, Communication with the host was prefect. The house has everything you need as if you were home, from cookie sheets and baking dishes, enough dishes, glasses and silverware for 12 people.Grocery store is a short walk away.Can't wait to book our next stay. Place was clean, all set up for 4 people and had no issues at all. Close to the Pool and a walk into the ocean. Several Gas grills available for use about 50ft off the patio.Grounds are clean and well manicured. Description of the condo is absolutely and completely accruate.Thank you Matt

Perfect Location, Beautiful Condo!

We cannot say enough great things about this property! It is well appointed and comfortable and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the pool, grill area and being able to snorkel just outside the condo. Some days we ventured out to other beaches, of course, but it was lovely to be able to spend a few days at the condo soaking up the sun and the views. Communication with the property manager was prompt and pleasant. We would love to go back to this property! If you are looking for a fun outing, we suggest using Red Sail - they were awesome and we had a great day snorkeling at a reef and visiting the Sting Ray sandbar.

Hidden Gem

Once you drive through a very commercial area, and enter the grounds of George Town Villas, you are treated to lush and manicured grounds, beautiful water views, and cool ocean breezes. This first-floor unit walks out to a comfortable patio, then the community grills, then the well-appointed pool area. The unit itself is laid out nicely, with two ensuite bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. If only it had a sandy beach...mostly iron shore at this location. We really enjoyed our Nov 2023 stay, and will definitely consider this unit for future Grand Cayman trips.

An enjoyable holiday, with noted challenges

We recently stayed for the month of February in this unit. It was a return visit to the Georgetown Villas of Grand Cayman for us, in a different unit than the one we used six years ago. We were pleased to see the well kept grounds, the wonderful pool, the excellent snorkelling out front and the generally friendly and welcoming atmosphere of this 54 unit condo complex were the same, if not better than before. There were however a couple of notable issues. The famous Seven Mile Beach has suffered significant erosion damage towards the south end, where this complex is located, since we were last there. The loss of beach sand towards the south end necessitated hiking about one mile up the beach avenue to reach walkable beachfront. That said, once on it, it was as beautiful and memorable for us as we remembered from before for our daily walks. This condo unit is well equipped with good functioning appliances, plenty of cooking hardware in the kitchen and a great supply of plates, glasses and cutlery. It is however beginning to feel a bit tired. In particular, it requires more attention to cleaning between guests, as we unfortunately found repeated evidence of previous occupants which had not been properly addressed by cleaning staff prior to our arrival – a disappointment at this price point. All in all, we tried to look past the challenges and truly enjoyed this location for our holiday. We hope the feedback provided to the owner will help make this property a truly first rate stay.

Great place for young kids.

Great location. Loved the views — sunset every night was perfect. Perfect place for kids- they played in the large grass lawn everyday.
