This ranch style home sleeps up to 8. It is located right on the fringe of St Armands Circle and is just minutes from Lido Key Beach and Longboat Key.

Lido Key is located off the coast of downtown Sarasota and directly across the cascading Ringling Causeway. Sarasota's northern island is a host to multiple serene, white-sand beaches within walking distance of the cosmopolitan St.Armands Circle - which boasts stunning architecture, glamorous shopping, and a plethora of dining opportunities. The surrounding neighborhoods allow close accessibility to the many amenities that Lido Key has to offer, while still being a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Walk 150 yards to St. Armands for dinner or night out, before returning to a lighted heated pool and spa to end the evening. The pool deck is complete with recliners, chairs and a dining table for real outdoor living. Retire to comfy new beds which will insure a blissful sleep to start the new day. Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee and morning paper in hand on a relaxing porch swing in the front garden area enjoying the warmth of the morning sun, sweet smells of orange blossoms, and soft sounds of a waterfall trickling into the koi pond surrounded by palms and lush tropical plants. If you're hungry, enjoy grilling your favorite meal on another patio with table and plenty of chairs for entertaining. POOL HEATER RULES:
Pool heat temp is set at 83º and runs each day from 7 AM until 7 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather should naturally heat the pool. Pool temps are not guaranteed. This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 20-25 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75).

PET POLICY: This home has a $20/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

A SIGNED DESTINATION PARADISE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID AND ID WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS.
