This 2 story home sleeps up to 10. It is located right on the fringe of St Armands Circle and is just minutes from Lido Key Beach and Longboat Key. It is also 3 houses away from the beach and a private path right to Lido Beach!
This Lido Key home is only steps from beautiful Florida famous waters and beaches. This private 2 story home features 2 master suites along with 2 guest bedrooms all fitted with King beds and a large Smart TV. Easily sleep 10 guests with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some privacy. The living room opens right into the brand new pool and hot tub patio for amazing indoor/outdoor living. There is plenty of seating on the patio for everyone to soak up the Florida Sun or just relax in the pool. We are conveniently located with easy walking distance to Lido Beach (100 yards) as well as St. Armands Circle (5 minute walk) with plenty of shopping and restaurants to enjoy.

Pool heat temp is set at 83Āŗ and runs each day from 7 AM until 7 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather should naturally heat the pool. Pool temps are not guaranteed. This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 20-25 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75).
The spa has a timer of 3 hours, once turned on and can be run at any time and will heat to 100Āŗ
PET POLICY: This home has a $20/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

The property was perfect for our needs and the location was great. Everything was in great condition considering the damage it must have sustained from the hurricanes.

Wonderful House
Near the beach and walking distance to St Armand circle. Clean house with beach chairs and floaties available for use. Nice open floor plan, large beds and great master bedroom. Would recommend staying here.

The location is perfect. east access to beach and St Armands circle. The property seems to have some deferred maintenance issues. The pool did not work for first few days and proerty manager blamed us instead it was a clogged filter that maintenance man cleaned and then wqas replaced later in the week (told it was 3 months over due). A shower backed up sewage on the first use. The upstairs bath is leaking into stairway ceiling and the solution was to scrape soggy drywall.

Needed a little tlc but perfect walking location from beach and about 30 restaurants with tons of shopping. Would stay there again

This is our second time staying here. You can walk right out on the beach and down to dinner at St Armands Cir.

Perfect location between Lido beach and St Armandās Circle.
Loved the pool and hot tub. Rented a corn hole game and played that by the pool. Cooked breakfasts and a few dinners at the house and there were plenty of pots & pans and utensils. Nice big laundry room. Short walk to the beach which was lovely. St Armandās Circle was a short walk as well. Lots of cute shops and great restaurants.

Amazing Location
It was a great stay and we felt comfortable and at home. The pool and hot tub were in constant use. We could walk to town and the beach. Absolutely loved our stay.

Great stay at the beach
This home was clean and perfectly located. We were able to walk to the beach and to St Armands Cir. The split floor plan was great for our extended family and the kids really enjoyed the pool.

Close to everything! They have bikes available to use which the kids enjoyed riding Restaurants and shops within walking distance as well as the beach

Great beach house!
We stayed for a few nights at this beach house and it was awesome. You can tell theyāve done recent renovations, beautiful new pool and hot tub, and couldnāt be a better location. Weāll be back!

The house was first class the neighborhood was incredible and the location was perfect . All 8 of us had the best Florida vacation we could remember we have been to other areas in Florida and so far this was the best

Ideal Location
My family loved this location. The walk to the beach was a pleasure, as was the unspoiled beach. It was like being back in the Florida of old.
Add the walk the walk to St Armand's circus and the stay was made complete.
