Loggerhead Cay 324 is a fourth floor newly remodeled vacation rental on Sanibel Island. A beach paradise! Take the elevator to the top floor of this spacious 2 bedroom/ 2 bath beach condominium at Loggerhead Cay. This condo is meticulously maintained, updated and is loaded with extras and has the convenience of easy access to everything.

This beautiful condo sleeps 6 and was recently refurbished throughout. It has a new king-sized bed and mattress in the master suite, a new queen-size bed and mattress and a twin bed with pull-out trundle in the guest room. For additional seating and enjoyment, there is a screened-in 4 season lanai with floor-to-ceiling, glass sliding doors. The condo has a new (2021) 55-inch 4K Smart TV with high-speed internet, plus a TV in each bedroom. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer.

The condo also offers a contact-free check-in option, by using our recently upgraded keyless entry system.

Loggerhead Cay resort is located on the desirable east end of the Island, directly on the sandy beaches of Sanibel Island-ideal for long beach walks and shelling! The resort common areas feature 2 tennis/pickle ball courts, a large heated pool, shuffleboard, outdoor grilling, and more. And for those who like the outdoors and exploring the island, Loggerhead Cay has easy access to bike and walking paths, the causeway, the fishing pier, historic Lighthouse Park, Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge and much more. There are also a wide variety of restaurants located nearby on the island, along with grocery stores and unique boutique shops.

Please note that this condominium requires a 7-night minimum stay, and accepts SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BOOKINGS ONLY. Should you need odd day bookings please call Select Vacation Properties directly. RESERVATIONS CANNOT BE BOOK MORE THAN A YEAR IN ADVANCE. For reservations made online please do not book flights until speaking and confirming vacation with Select Vacation Properties. Thank you!* . The unit was beautiful. I loved the new addition of the vanity in the Master Bedroom. The Keurig machine worked great and I really enjoyed having my morning coffee on the lanai. The unit is also stocked with a beached wagon, chairs, towels and beach noodles/toys. This is our second stay at this unit! 10/10

Kitchen has a coffee pot & kuerig, blender etc. bedroom both have box fans & 4 extra soft blankets which is always much appreciated. Comfy beds & tv in both bedrooms. Cute decor, comfy sectional. Lots of beach items, umbrella boogie & skim boards, chairs, cooler. It’s a little walk to the pool & beach but not bad at all. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Loggerhead Cay 324

Palmetto bugs in the kitchen was pretty nasty crawling on silverware and dishes. We had no tv in any room the whole stay. The condo was nice enough not far to beach. Had no communication with any property management which was ok but would have been nice for courtesy call.

Great stay!

Clean, comfortable and great location. It was everything the website said it was. Only sorry I didn’t looking the 2nd bedroom closet until the 2nd to the last day. It contained beach chairs, umbrella, pool toys AND a wagon to haul everything. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed the convenience of the location on the island. The condo was clean and nicely decorated! Access to the beach is very easy as well. Sleeps five easily but can be stretched to six if needed. I always appreciate having laundry in the condo…. You can pack much lighter!

The condo was clean and well-stocked, and we truly enjoyed our time together.That said, a few things to be aware of: the mosquitoes were very intense (worth noting for sensitive travelers), the AC didn’t cool properly overnight, and some supplies felt very low-quality. We also arrived to find a moldy shower liner, though management responded quickly and replaced it.We've stayed at several five-star beachfront VRBOs, so this feedback is based on that comparison. The space has great potential with just a few improvements. Still, we’re grateful for our time and the memories we made.

Great Location, Poor Customer Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this rental through VRBO and before our stay the owner sold the property. The property management was handled by SVP for our stay. Check-in was easy and the woman who helped us was very pleasant. However, when we went to get into the unit the code provided didn't unlock the door. The keys provided also didn't work. After trying multiple times and tracking down the security guard on the property (who couldn't help), we called SVP. The person on call was already off the island and said it would be about 40 minutes before she could get back. While we were waiting we contacted the former owner to see if she could help, and she promptly responded with the correct code and detailed instructions regarding our stay there. The SVP on-call person did arrive as promised and brought the master keys, which she left with us for the week. It turns out that the incorrect keys were copied, and the SVP employee blamed the former owner for everything, never once apologizing. We also discovered that the storage unit key didn't work and that there were actually two storage units. Thanks to the former owner we were able to figure this out. The internet access information provided upon check in was also incorrect, though the correct information was posted in the unit. The unit itself is nice. The beach isn't really visible from the lanai, but the lanai is really nice. The beach is about a 1/4 mile walk from the building. The furniture in the unit is very nice and it was very clean when we arrived. The pots and pans in the kitchen are in rough shape. Most of them are nonstick and are peeling and unusable. There were three pans that we could actually use. There are plenty of glasses and an adequate amount of dishes for four people. The dishwasher, washer, and dryer worked great. The A/C didn't seem to be working very well in the master suite. That area was always damp during our stay. Overall, we would not recommend based on the unprofessional customer service provided by SVP.

I am happy you were able to reach the previous owner to resolve the issue quickly. We felt we had everything in order for your arrival, however we did not and ultimately this is our fault. Again, we apologize. I am slightly taken back by your comment as you neglect to inform that you and I spoke during your stay. I apologized profusely and provided you with a 20% discount on your first night to compensate your initial inconvenience. I apologized multiple times as we genuinely felt terrible. We understand traveling is stressful enough and that an easy check-in procedure is vital. We acknowledged your vacation started off with frustration thus why we, taking from our company, not the new owner, provided you with a 20% discount off your first night and offered a discount on a future stay. 99% of our reviews are positive. We pride ourselves on the excellent customer service we provide, however with that said, we are not perfect. Should an issue arise we will rectify the issue as quickly as possible and when deemed appropriate, we will provide a fair compensation, as we did for you. Most agencies on the island will not compensate should an issue be resolved within 24 hours. Again, I'm happy the old owner was available to help resolve the issue quickly and that we financially compensated you for your initial inconvenience. Should you decide to use our agency in the future we are happy to provide you with an additional discount. All in hopes to show we do care. The condo is large and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It is close to the beach, so it is easy going out after dark to collect shells at low tide (for those of us who are crazy enough to do that). For those of you who want to sit on the beach in the sun, the condo has chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. for you to use. The pool is great and a good size, plus the condo has some pool toys you can use. The condo also has tennis rackets and balls to use on the courts. Overall, you can’t go wrong renting this condo - just don’t take the week I want next year!😄

Wonderful winter time holiday get away

The management company was organized friendly and helped us with anything we needed along with the condo owner. A definite plus to have people care and generous. We had a wonderful time biking(owner offered her bikes) saved me $90! And a beautiful comfortable condo. The Pool and grounds were perfect for our small children and the beach was a slight walk but we enjoyed quick acesss to other things like grills and bike paths. We enjoyed this property after several days of driving in traffic to captiva we quickly realized being on this end near the bridge had benefits. I would highly recommend this unit and property. The only downside was a barking dog in a unit around us twice a day that apparently needed outside. Just normal condo life.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were amazed at all the things available in this condo. Several of our friends were in other units and were jealous of all that we had, that they had to rent (beach chairs, umbrellas, beach buggy, toys etc). It was very clean! We felt lucky to have picked this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A good time was had by all four of us. The grounds are well kept. We enjoyed the pool area and the people we met there. The area has so MANY great restaurants. We dined like royalty. We were confused at first to find out that unit 324 was on the 4th floor but once we found that out all was well. Due to late arrival because of flight problems it was dark and we were not familar with the area. New beach chairs are definitely needed.
