Loggerhead Cay 323 is a third floor vacation rental condo on Sanibel Island. This property is pet-friendly with an additional $250.00 pet fee. Please email us for pet approval. One pet only under 25#.

Loggerhead Cay #323 managed by Select Vacation Properties~ This well-equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer, angled beach view from the private screened-in lanai, beach items, Wi-Fi and cable in both the living room and master bedroom, however cable is not offered in the guest bedroom. This complex has one of the largest heated pools on the island. Immaculate grounds, barbecue grills, shuffleboard, and tennis. You are sure to enjoy the quality time when staying at Loggerhead Cay 323!

*This condominium requires a 7-night minimum stay* SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BOOKINGS ONLY. Should you need odd day bookings please call Select Vacation Properties CANNOT BOOK MORE THAN A YEAR IN ADVANCE. Please do not book flights until speaking and confirming vacation with Select Vacation Properties. Thank you!

Sensational Stay

It was a wonderful week at the beach. We loved our time. The condo was absolutely lovely. The sound of the ocean playing upon arrival was a nice welcome. Kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. Beds were comfortable.My only suggestion is for a larger tv in the master bedroom—the small tv was hard to see from across the room. Also a small tv in the second bedroom would be nice too.Thoroughly recommend this cozy little condo.

Reviewer Comments: dirty windows, broken curtain in bedroom, mildew in master shower/tub. Old decorations. Although the condo is pet friendly the property is not. Dogs only allowed in the parking lot area. Sand fleas everywhere. I don't like to carry chairs and umbrellas every day out to the beach. Too much hassle. Most of the grills did not work.

Great to be back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was good just to be back on the island. Loggerhead Cay 323 was very nice. Construction was still going on in the complex and some items had to be completed in the unit while we were there.Just a couple of deficiencies that we found in the unit while there:1. The thermostat is limited to a low AC setting of 70 degrees which is almost low enough for comfortable sleeping. Most hotels now limit their low at 65 degrees.2. The hot water is not adequate to complete 2 back to back showers without running out.

We LOVE Loggerhead!

The Condo was great!! Probably the best stocked unit I’ve ever rented in Sanibel! Great. Location. Easy on and off the island and you avoid traffic!!

Loggerhead Cays has nice amenities.

The location and amenities for Loggerhead Cay are wonderful. The grounds has beautiful foliage. It’s location makes it easy to get around town. The condo itself needs a deep cleaning. The couches and carpet are heavily stained and worn. The a/c does not cool down the second bedroom. You can’t feel any air blowing through the vent. The washer and dryer were a bonus. And the kitchen has an ant issue. I would be happy to stay at this complex again, but not this unit, unless it gets a deep cleaning.
