Vacation Rental Cabin, Keuka Lake Outlet-Trail, Wine Trail. Brand New in 2016

Brand New Vacation rental Cabin situated on a 5 acre parcel bordering the Keuka Lake Outlet and the Outlet Trail. The Outlet Trail is just over 6 miles long and runs from Keuka Lake (Penn Yan) to Seneca Lake (Dresden). The Cabin is fully insulated and features an electric fireplace, Air Conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot and USB chargers for cell phones/electronics. Cabin has a queen size bed which sleeps 2, futon sleeps 1, Fire pit that can be used for campfires or cooking. Plenty of dry seasoned firewood on site for only $5 per bundle. There is a modern flush toilet and sink housed in a separate building on the property only 25ft from the Cabin. New Shower building April 2017. Perfect get a way. Enjoy the Outlet trail for walking/Biking, Enjoy fishing in the Outlet. Need more sleeping capacity ? Inquire ahead as we may be able to park our 2021 camper there for more sleeping capacity (2)(added fee) On site RV hookup available as well.

Cabin was private. Owner was awesome and very responsive. Very well run. Note bath and shower are in a separate outside building. Area is very scenic and quiet. Thanks we had a very nice stay.

Wow! What a cute, comfortable, super clean cabin!! We loved having a fire in the fire pit and enjoyed coffee on the porch swing in the morning. The stars were so beautiful too! This was a relaxing getaway! Thanks to the hosts for making it a wonderful experience! Also the outlet trail was so interesting and beautiful! If any of your party has trouble walking you can drive most of the way to the Seneca Falls. Park next the trail and it’s just a quarter of a mile to get there.

We had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the coffee on the porch every morning. Location was close to the trail for early morning walks with our dog and a short drive to town for restaurants and breweries. Check in and check out were easy. Will be staying again.

We totally enjoyed the peaceful calm of this tiny house! In a world that is moving fast, it felt good to just slow down and breathe. Very private and secluded with limited cell service we just enjoyed watching butterflies dance on the lawn and later on, sipping beverages by the fure pit and star gazing. Everything was spotless and the bed very comfy. The only negative was the road traffuc on the rural road. When they came, the trucks came loud and fast.It was just their sound interrupting our peace; the property is secluded and we could've see them. Close to Keuka Lake and Hammondsport, we would 100% stay here again!

Excellent stay at this little peice of paradise!! The Keuka outlet trail is breathtaking and at the edge of the property. We were able to ride our bikes the entire distance. The cabin is exactly as advertised, clean and equipped. The air conditioning was a life saver with the heat and humidity we encountered. We felt secluded yet close to nearby Penn Yann with the cutest shops. We will definitely return!!

Beautiful location

My husband and I have stayed at this cabin three times now and it never disappoints! The location is perfect! Close to many nearby activities but away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed going to the Windmill, Oak Hill, a couple wineries, we went kayaking and fishing! It was a great weekend! Will definitely stay here again!

Sweet Slice of Heaven in the Woods

A perfect place to spend a few days outside! The cabin had everything we needed in a beautiful setting. Our dog loved chasing her ball around the yard and we enjoyed hiking and biking the Keuka Outlet Trail.

Keuka Outlet Oasis

What a gem! I absolutely loved staying there. The property grounds were amazing and absolutely perfect for my 2 dogs to run around freely. Listening to the Keuka Outlet was peaceful. It was great having trail access so close for us to walk in. The cabin and amenities were perfect for our stay. I loved the comforts of staying in the cabin with the feel of camping. Would absolutely stay here again!

The cabin was absolutely perfect! The hosts are very thoughtful, providing coffee, cups, towels and bedding along with other amenities to make you feel at home! Perfect getaway

The cabin was perfect for our 25 yr anniversary! We were looking for a nice quiet location where we could enjoy some outdoor time, hiking, enjoying time by a fire and relaxing. The cabin is located within walking distance of the Outlet trail and a short distance from any shopping or restaurant options. It is also very close to many of the wineries if that is what you are looking to do.

Loved our stay

My sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin and property. Like a mini camping adventure. My sisters especially enjoyed the various coffee flavors. We loved hearing the birds, and also the screech owl at night. The outside bathroom and shower was not a challenge, even during the night.

It's a beautiful, well kept 5 acre parcel in a prime location bordering the Keuka Lake Outlet and the Outlet Trail. Two lakes (Keuka and Seneca) both within 4 miles. The Cabin is brand new (Spring 2016) New Shower building added April of 2017. We offer an incredible value for those traveling on a budget.

The property borders the Keuka Lake Outlet and the Outlet Trail which creates plenty of no cost, fun things to do for our guests. The Keuka Lake Outlet is the waterway that connects Keuka Lake to Seneca Lake. Guests can fish the Outlet or take a short drive to Keuka or Seneca Lake, both are less than 4 miles away. Quiet peaceful and private setting, close to nature. Guests can enjoy the beauty of the Outlet Trail which is 6+ mile walking/biking/horseback trail. The Cabin has a tiny house feel with most of the comforts of home. More than a dozen wineries within minutes of this location and the Windmill Farm and Craft Market which is open on Saturdays has been a big hit with our guests.
