Jewel Blue Villa is located on the beach at Kiotari, South Rhodes. It features a sun terrace with unlimited view at the Aegean sea. The property offers private beach area with sun beds and umbrellas. Barbecue facilities can also be found. The Villa, which is fully air conditioned comes with two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dinning area and a big bathroom. Free WiFi and a flat screen TV is provided. This holiday villa offers o children's playground and private parking free of charge.
The Villa is located just 40km from Diagoras International Airport and 49km from Rhodes Town where you can visit the Medieval Old Town. Lindos Akropolis is just 15km away while Prasonisi beach is 30km.
Within sort walking distance there are restaurants, bars, super markets, pharmacy, ATM, bakeries and a variety of tourist shops.

Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage

Das Ferienhaus bietet eine traumhafte freie Sicht zum Meer. Auf der großen überdachten Terrasse mit großem Esstisch und Liegemöglichkeiten kann man sich im Schatten auch bei hohen Temperaturen aufhalten. Seitlich der Hauptterrasse schließen sich Bereiche zum Sonnen an.Durch die leicht erhöhte Lage des Hauses ist die Terrasse nicht vom Strand (Entfernung 100 m) einsehbar und man kann sich ungestört bewegen. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt - durch ein abschließbares Tor kann man den sauberen ruhigen Strand erreichen. Dort stehen Liegen bereit - wir nutzten aber lieber die Terrasse zum Sonnen oder entspannen. Der Strand ist sauber und der Zugang zum Meer unproblematisch (nur für kleine Kinder ist durch die schnell einsetzende Tiefe Vorsicht geboten), dafür bieten die teilweise vorhandenen Unterwasserfelsen am Strandabschnitt super Möglichkeiten zum Schnorcheln- wir haben viele Fische bis max. 40 cm Länge beobachten können. Die Lage ist auch von der Infrastruktur top. Supermarkt, Strandbars und Restaurants und Imbisse zu Fuß in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch eine Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke um z. B. Lindos zu erreichen. In den umliegenden Dörfern wie Vati und Asklipieio gibt es sehr gute günstige Tavernen aber auch gehobene Gastronomie in Kiotari mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und reagiert schnell auf Fragen (wohnt auch auf Rhodos). Die 2malige Reinigung in unserem 2wöchigen Aufenthalt im Haus war sehr gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

La villa offre tutte le comodità utili per passare una vacanza rilassante.La veranda che si affaccia sulla spiaggia è un plus indimenticabile che ti permette di vivere giornate a due passi dal mare in totale tranquillità. La comunicazione con l'host è sempre stata precisa e puntuale per qualsiasi necessità e abbiamo molto apprezzato le pulizie infrasettimanali e riordino della casa.Consigliatissimo

Perfect!!

We have just spent a week at Blue Jewel and it was perfect!! Argyroula met us on arrival and was really friendly and helpful showing us around. The photos do not do the house justice, it really is amazing and just what we wanted. From the outside, it looks like there is another level but this is not occupied so you have the whole place to yourself. Its very private and not overlooked and so peaceful. The view from the garden looking out to the sea with house martins swooping over was a delight. We enjoyed many a sunset sitting admiring the views. You have your own access to the beach with sunbeds which was just perfect and so relaxing and just what we wanted. The sea is so clear, beach shoes for the stones is recommended but its sand further up. There are a few very good restaurants and bars within 5-10 minute walk and a supermarket 5min walk. You can also get a boat to Lindos right from the beach. Lindos is worth a visit, although get there early because it gets very busy. I would highly recommend the blue jewel and Argygoula the host was excellent and allowed us to stay later as we didnt fly until the evening. I'm so pleased we found this little gem of a place!

Geen privacy en erger

Om nooit meer terug te keren! Gehuurd omdat het rolstoel-vriendelijk was: niet van toepassing. Een stortplaats aan beide zijde van de villa, een stortplaats onder/boven de villa. Kale "tuin",enkel stenen. Bijzonder moeilijk om naar het strand te gaan, en niet enkel voor mensen die al wat ouder zijn. Inrichting zeer goedkope spullen. Keuken: potten en pannen, slechts één inox pan, rest is aluminium. Douche onveilig, voor mensen met of zonder handicap. Eigenares werd verwittigd. Antwoord: "regel dit met de "host" en dan nog van een andere maatschappij waar wij geen contract mee hadden. Antwoord van de "host", "uw contract met VRBO is waardeloos". Daardoor problemen ivm de uitchecking, volgens het VRBO contract om 12h00, volgens de host om 10h30! Er werd 2 maal iemand gestuurd om ons te controleren, en dit onder een vals voorwendsel. We werden door de "host"gechanteerd door meer geld te vragen. De eigenares speelde het spel mee. Geloof ons, als je op vakantie in deze situatie komt, dan is je vakantie verloren. Als je huurt, ben je steeds afhankelijk van de goodwill. van anderen. Ik stuurde een mail naar VRBO vorige week ivm mijn klachten, zonder enige reactie of hulp. Dus ook daar ben je afhankelijk van de goodwill.

Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus ist wunderschön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin Argyroula war sehr nett und hat auch dafür gesorgt dass wir anstatt nur Netflix TV auch alle deutschen Programme sehen konnten. Da das Grundstück noch recht kahl ist, hätte ein mobiler Sonnenschirm gute Dienste geleistet, um Schatten zu spenden. Alles in allem wäre es ein toller Aufenthalt gewesen, wären wir nicht 1 Tag nach Ankunft beide an Covid 19 erkrankt. Aber das hat natürlich nichts mit dem Haus zu tun.

A little bit of heaven by the sea.

Wonderful stay in a luxury beachfront villa. The villa was very modern and super comfortable, central yet private. We had everything we could possibly ask for and more. The proximity to the sea, out door dining, barbeque, many loungers both on the beach and facing the seafront at house added to the holiday vibe The amenities of the town were all within a short walk of the villa. Argyroula was incredibly obliging if we needed anything, always helpful and friendly, begining with a great welcome basket as we arrived late, tired and hungry from our flight. Our holiday was a joy from the moment we arrived. I would recommend the Jewel Blue to anyone looking for a fabulous break.

Wunderschöne direkte Lage am Meer

Vorab: wir haben nicht viel bezahlt, für 8 Tage und 3 Erwachsene mit Kind unter 1000 Euro. Für diesen preis haben wir sehr viel bekommen: die Villa ist großzügig und mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet, der Empfang war herzlich und es gab sogar einen Wein und Obst als Überraschung. Unser kleiner (20 Monate) hat sich pudelwohl gefühlt, entweder in dem Spielhaud, mit dem bereitgestellten Buddelzeug am Strand oder auch imHaus mit Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

100% Relax und top Lage!

Der Urlaub in dieser Villa war einfach super! Top Lage und ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit allem, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Die Vermieterin ist wirklich sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und immer für Fragen bereit. Auch die Umgebung bietet genug Restaurants, kleine Supermärkte und Läden und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig und erholsam. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und kommen mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit wieder!

Sehr schöne Villa mit direktem Meerzugang

sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, ausreichend Handtücher und sogar diverse Strandtücher vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der direkte Strandzugang ist natürlich der Hit. Die Liegen dort sind per Zahlenschloss gesichert. Man hat absolute Privatsphäre. Der erwähnte Nachtclub ist zwar zu hören, aber doch eher im Hintergrund. Für einen Ferienort ist es ziemlich ruhig hier, da man ganz am Rand wohnt.

Superb vacations

Everything was amazing!!! Fantastic 360 view! Great location! Just few meters from the sea... Some very nice local restaurants around but also some other were closed for winter. Great atmosphere! New and very well decorated... Clean and well maintained! Greate hostess! A very pleased and always smiley lady, Argyro.. I will definitely go back again... This time for summer vacations! I am suggesting it 100%. KK

Incredible apartment, gracious host - stay here!

This apartment is wonderful! Our stay here was very comfortable and enjoyable. The actual apartment seemed larger in person than in the photos - plenty of room to relax. The beach was convenient to access, just footsteps from the accommodation. The location is secluded enough to provide privacy, yet close to local attractions, and walking distance to several great restaurants. A few things that stand out about this apartment compared to others (aside from the beautiful finishes and location that you can clearly see), are: very hot water in the shower - just what is needed after a day of travel or long day at the beach, a dishwasher and a washing machine. For those of you who have traveled extensively in Europe, these amenities will not be lost on you. We enjoyed our stay very much, so much that our four year old son asked to move to this apartment! While we are not moving, I do know we will stay here when we next travel to Rhodes. To our Gracious Host, Ευχαριστούμε! The Lanes

Wunderschöne Lage am Strand

Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft, besser geht nicht. Von der Besitzerin wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und Sie war immer um unser Wohlergehen besorgt. In den zwei Wochen kam sogar zweimal die Putzfrau. Es wurde alles geputzt und die Betten gemacht. Handtücher waren sehr viele vorhanden. Die schlechte Bewertung können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Es handelt sich wirklich um eine Villa in einer spitzen Lage. Das schönste waren die eigenen Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Wir kommen wieder.

The villa was beautiful. The pictures on the website do not do it justice.

What a beautiful villa! It was modern, clean and comfortable with amazing views of the sea and surrounding landscape. The owner was a wonderful lady who was kind, generous and was available to help at any time if we nedded her. She also offered to let us check out at a later time than stated in the contract. We didn't vacate the villa until late afternoon when the owner came to pick up the key's and wish us a safe trip home. I will be visiting Rhodes again and would be more than happy to and hopefully will be able to stay in the same villa. Sam T.

Alles anders als im Katalog

Laut: daneben Baustelle-Arbeitsbeginn 6:30 bis 18:00 auch Wochenende in der Nähe Disco--laute Musik jeden Tag bis 5:00 Früh holten öfters Polizei- Reaktion der Vermieterin--machen sie Fenster zu und schalten sie die Klimaanlage ein, dann hören sie nichts. Fliegengitter in Schlafzimmer kaputt--mußten es notdürftig selbst reparieren. Küchengeräte und Geschirr schmutzig Dadurch daß im Keller Wasser stand kamen Kaklerlaken in das Schlafzimmer Strom und Wasserausfall über längere Zeit, weil naheliegende Großbaustelle angeschlossen wurde. nicht alten und behindertengerecht, da weiter und erschwerlicher Weg zum Strand. Privatliegen am Strand ständig von Fremden besetzt Für all diese Punkte sind Fotos und Videoaufnahmen als Beweis vorhanden Grundstück einer Baustelle gleich--Vorderseite noch teilweise Aushubmaterial, Strandseite mit groben Schotter belegt--- gefährlich für Kinder! Kein Grillplatz vorhanden Keine eigene Mülltonne vorhanden--- mußten den Müll wie von Vermieterin empfohlen, in fremden Mülltonnen von Hotels entsorgen und wurden zweimal diesbezüglich von den Mülltonnenbesitzern verwarnt.
