This is a top floor Penthouse unit, a two bedroom condo with an upstairs sleeping loft and air conditioning, that is located near our pond and tennis courts. The unit sleeps up to 10 people with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, 2 twin beds and a queen bed in the loft and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. There are 3 Flat Screen TVs in the unit a 60-inch in the living room, a 32-inch in the master bedroom and a 48-inch in the loft. There are two private decks accessible from the condo, both with different views. The condo has 3 mini-split air conditioning units, one in the master bedroom and one in the loft area. As with all of our Penthouses it has a fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining area and 2 private bathrooms. This is a Pet & Allergy Free condo.
