This is a one bedroom condo with an upstairs sleeping loft and air conditioning, that is located on the mid-level of the building and a short walk to the Clubhouse Amenities Building. The unit sleeps up to 10 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed, 2 twin beds and a queen sleep sofa in the loft. The condo has 3 mini-split air conditioning units, one in the master bedroom, one in the living room and one in the loft area. There is a private balcony off the master bedroom. As with all of our Townhouses it has a fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining area, 2 private bathrooms and all the linens. The unit has two 46-inch flat screen TVS in the living room and in the loft. The owner has a pack-n-play, a baby gate, a booster seat with tray, a blender and a crock pot for guests convenience. This is a Pet & Allergy Free condo.
