Luxury chalet for 4 adults. and 4 - 6 kids, sauna, hot tub in the Belgian Ardennes

The holiday home is located in the middle of nature in the Durbuy region, right next to the Gulf of Durbuy. With its 400 inhabitants, Durbuy is the smallest town in Belgium and therefore very popular with tourists. It was an important trading place during the Middle Ages.
There is room for 10 people, ideal for 1 to 2 families (4 adults and 4-6 kids).
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a gas fireplace and an open kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, hob, toaster, Senseo, coffee maker and kettle. There is a separate lounge with large TV. There is also a bathroom with a shower and 2 sinks. There is also a washing machine, dryer and hairdryer.
Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms. Both are equipped with a double bed and 1 single bed that can be extended to 3 single beds. In both bedrooms there is a TV with Playstation 4 with various games and DVDs. Here is also a bathroom with shower and 1 sink.
The garden is spread over different levels.
Directly next to the house is a wellness zone that can be used in both summer and winter. A sauna and a hot tub are available.
The terrace is partially covered and equipped with full garden furniture. There is also a barbecue and a lounge where you can end the evening relaxed.
Lower in the garden there is a toy with slide, climbing wall and large swing.
There is room to park 2 cars and parking is also possible on the street in front of the house.
There is also free Wi-Fi.
A few kilometers from the house is the town of Durbuy where you can find all sorts of activities such as mini golf, laser games, climbing trail, kayak, tennis, mountain bike and much more. The house is just 200 meters from the Blue Green golf course.
